Holidays in Yeisk with children in 2022: beaches, entertainment, accommodation and prices

Single room from 1,900
Double room from 1,900

extra bed 300

There are quite a lot of guest yards and private boarding houses for 2-4 families. Prices are approximately the same everywhere.

It takes on average 5-10 minutes to get to the sea on foot (some are even located right on the shore). But it is worth noting that the conditions are not the same everywhere, so it is better to clarify all the nuances in advance.

For example, friends from Moscow rented a cottage for 4 families for 75 thousand for 45 days with all the amenities and a cozy courtyard.

To rent an apartment in advance, you can use the following services:

Children's beach in Yeysk (“Tornado”, “Novinka”, “Babylon”)

Berezhok is located on the section of the “entertainment” Yeisk Spit where the establishments indicated in brackets are built - this is a 310-meter section of the marina, from the fence of the Tornado Hotel to the entrance portal of the Novinka Hotel. At the beginning, he goes to the “ring near the armored boat.” Equipment - changing rooms, showers, rental of sun loungers and parasols.

The name is associated with the gaming complex, located opposite the high round indoor discotheque, known to Yerevan residents under the nickname “The Paddock”. The area is popular with all kinds of fast food, which kids are also greedy for. The water is cloudy due to mud. There is much more sand here than shells, so the children will make a lot of castles and Easter cakes.

Coastal strip of the Yeisk estuary

Beaches of the Vodnik cooperative

There are many boats, concrete structures, and boats on the beach. Vacationers settle down in vacant areas. The bottom is flat. There are food stalls nearby. There are no changing rooms, toilets or shelters on the shore. There are trampoline slides for children in the sea (price can be checked on site).

Away from vacationers, you can enjoy fishing directly from the shore.

Pros:

Flaws:

An ordinary beach, the whole family had a rest, everyone liked it!

Small beach "Vodnik"

This section of the coast also belongs to the center of the agglomeration, but to the eastern Riviera - like “Children’s”, it “looks” at the estuary. Named because of the old water sports school and later boat station.

It goes along the boathouses and narrow roadway. From the north it is limited by the tower of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, from the south – by the northern end of Osvodovskaya Street. The length of this corner of the city is 650 m, the depth of the shell surface is 15 m, which can be seen even in the photo.

Central

The main disadvantage of this beach is that it is crowded. During the high season, it is better to come in the morning and take a comfortable place. Vacationers are attracted by the soft sand, gradual increase in depth and developed infrastructure. In addition to the usual pleasures, there is a highlight here - the opportunity to ride a camel.

Life on the beach is in full swing not only during the day, but also at night. The best nightclubs in the city are located on the coast, so you can relax here around the clock.

Let us note some more disadvantages: the water is often cloudy, and garbage is sometimes found on the shore, although the beach is regularly cleaned.

How to get there: go to the street. Beach, find the Ferris wheel and move in this direction.

Central city beach (south of the Yeisk Spit)

It just so happened that this beach coincided with the boundaries of the resort and entertainment area of the city. It includes famous hotels, restaurants, disco clubs, extreme water schools, pontoons for pleasure boats, fast food cafes and souvenir shops. Of course, there are also beach paraphernalia - changing rooms, sun loungers, sun loungers with umbrellas, a tower of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (rescuers and a paramedic on duty). A little further away there is a landmark of memorable size - the Veterok cafe-tavern, which also has “summer” tables.

All the paths facing the coastal sand of the Central Beach in Yeisk, paved with paving slabs, are occupied by electric and bicycle rentals. The approach is smooth and shallow. The water is heated at the very beginning of the tourist season. The place is located immediately behind the port facilities - along the western shore of the sandbank indicated in the title. Beach Street leads here. The rest area is short - 350 m, but it is the widest (100 m). Of course, the area of sandy space is occupied by the “marketplaces” that appeared in the photograph.

Kamenka

The name itself suggests that the coastal strip is covered with pebbles, but part of the beach pleases with pleasant fine sand. It’s good to sunbathe here, but you won’t be able to actively swim; to get into the water “waist-deep,” you’ll have to move at least 50 meters away from the shore.

Security is monitored by special services - rescuers and doctors. For a comfortable stay, umbrellas, sun loungers and changing rooms are provided, and sea salt can be washed off in a fresh water shower.

Along the shore there are numerous cafes, kebab shops and bars, and there are also small retail outlets offering ice cream and soft drinks.

For those who are bored of sunbathing all day, there are traditional beach activities - catamarans, banana boats and paragliders. Kids can ride along the embankment on the Azov Express, a special children's train.

Beaches "Kamenka" and "Melyaki" (Splash pool)

If you want swimming or surfing leisure, choose only Yeysk. Beaches are everywhere here. One of them is “tailored” for those who love such a part of the city as the Taganrog (Primorskaya) embankment. The fact is that Kamenka Beach runs along it. The name of the street indicates that the shore faces Taganrog Bay. This water area has a deeper entry into the sea; it is a bay formed between the Yeisk Peninsula and the Dolzhanskaya Spit.

As for the length of the swimming area, it exceeds 2 km, starting in the north from the port docks and reaching in the south to the square in front of Lukomorye. There are 15 streets leading to the center of Primorskaya Embankment. The strip consists of medium sand, pebbles and a small amount of shell. The entry into the water is stable, but it becomes more and more gentle towards the north - towards the sandy section, which is called “Melyaki”.

The infrastructure of this attraction includes:

  • water extreme entertainment;
  • rescue point (with a medic on duty);
  • changing rooms;
  • dolphinarium;
  • three restaurants;
  • five cafes;
  • wooden walkways;
  • children's trampolines;
  • trading shops and stalls;
  • kiosks selling ice cream and boiled corn.

The average width of the coast is 25 m. The bottom is flat, without cliffs. And most importantly, to the north, near the docks, it is so shallow that an adult can dive if he goes at least 100 m deep into the sea. We are talking about Melyaki Beach, or the Paddling Pool, its photo is shown just above.

Climate and seasonality of holidays

The climate in Yeisk is considered dry, so the summer heat is more easily tolerated here than on the Black Sea coast.

The beach holiday season begins in May, when good sunny weather sets in. At the beginning of the month the sea is still cool - +17...+18 °C, but by mid-May the water temperature has already increased to approximately +20 °C. This time is good for relaxing with small children; they acclimatize more easily, and you can sunbathe comfortably without fear of getting burned.

In June it is already quite hot, the average temperature during the day is +25…+30 °C, the sea gradually warms up to +24 °C. The hottest month in Yeisk is July, when the water temperature is set at +28…+29 °C. During this period, it is better to choose the time for a beach holiday in the morning (before 12 noon), or after 15–16 hours.

In mid-August, the velvet season begins - the excessive heat subsides, the air becomes fresher and cooler, but the sea is still warm. It does not last very long, because Yeysk is the northernmost city of the Krasnodar Territory - and, as a rule, after September 10, the weather here becomes autumn-like cool.

Panoramic view of the Obryv beach on the Sea of Azov - Google Maps

Nudist beach Yeysk

You will find a spot where you can walk a kilometer to create a full and even tan at the end of the road leading to the shore from the village of Morskoye. On the eastern side of this crossroads there is a “Cliff”. You need to go west - towards a narrow irrigation canal and a coastal forest. The nudist beach is 1.5 km long.

Here no one will interfere with your unique sunbathing. You will find yourself in the shadow of a high ravine. The surface is shell rock, the water is muddy because the bottom is muddy. In addition to this “luxury”, you will find in the wild waters only a path running along the canal. The last thing I should tell you is: take minibus No. 1 in Nikolsky Park.

Features of relaxation on the beach "Obryv"

Due to its remoteness and convenient access to the sea, the bulk of vacationers on the “Obryv” beach are tourists who come in their cars and live in tents right on the shore.

Since the beach is wild and unequipped, when planning a visit to it, you must think through it in advance and take everything you need with you, including beach equipment, a supply of food and drinking water, especially if you plan to stay here for a long time.

In addition to just vacationers, this place also attracts fishing enthusiasts: there is no city noise and fuss and you can always find an area where you can catch the Azov bull in a secluded and calm environment. Also during the day on the beach you can often meet photographers and artists who want to capture the beauty and picturesqueness of these places.

Thus, the “Obryv” beach is an excellent place for those who prefer a quiet and measured holiday away from civilization with its variety of services and entertainment, for whom the sea and the coast are enough. Here you can fully enjoy the beauty of nature, the sun and the sound of waves, fresh sea air and distance from everyday bustle.

Those who want to add variety to their beach holiday here may be interested in visiting the water park or dolphinarium in the city of Yeisk or the ethnographic museum of the Kuban Cossacks “Kubansky Khutor”, located in the village of Morskoy. In addition, on the territory of the village there is the opportunity to go horseback riding.

Of course, you can take our equipment and go to the central beach. Place a tent there, between sunbathing neighbors and sit next to it in a folding chair... But you are unlikely to enjoy such a vacation! Not to mention the obvious dissatisfaction of your neighbors on the beach... Therefore, we recommend choosing two types of camping places: these should be either sparsely populated (wild) places, or places where “tent camps” are already popular and familiar. Further in this section we will try to describe all the places suitable for relaxing with a tent in the city of Yeisk and the region.

In Yeysk, from Vista beach to the village. Marine Taganrog Bay

ON THE MAP
If you don’t want to travel far, you can spend the night with a tent within the city. If you walk/drive along the shore for about 500 m, from Vista beach towards the village. Marine, then a small planting of trees will begin. Kebab-makers often rest there and often spend the night in tents.

Pros: + Availability. You can quickly arrive by car, bicycle or even on foot. Cons: - Not comfortable to swim - shallow, shore and bottom - pebbles/stones; - Crowded. Cars and pedestrians often pass by.

Yeysk, village Marine (~ 2 km) Taganrog Bay

ON THE MAP

The coast near the village of Morskoy is a little further, but if you wish, you can easily get there from Yeisk on foot along the coast. There you can sit on the beach, under the slope of a clay cliff, or if swimming in the sea is not part of your plans, then you can go up and set up camp at the top, among the grass and tree plantings. By the way, you can also get to the top by car (go towards the Glubina water park). Well, or by bus route No. 1 to the village. Sea and further on foot.

Pros: + It’s not so crowded here anymore and you can easily find secluded places; + The beach is sandy and shell-like. Cons: — The sea is shallow and when there is a wave it is always dirty due to many areas with a muddy bottom; - Place yourself with caution both below and above! There is a threat of the mountain collapsing;

Woods near the village. Shirochanka (~ 5 km) Yeisk estuary

ON THE MAP

Outside the swimming season or when swimming is simply not part of your plans, you can organize an overnight stay in the “forest” with a rather picturesque view. A good option for pitching a tent would be a dense forest near the village of Shirochanka, which is located on a hill above the Yeisk Estuary. You can also take a walk in the other direction from the “forest” along the hill there will be many trees and suitable places. The sea (estuary) here is very shallow, the entrance and bottom are sand, shells, stones - not the best option for swimming, but more than suitable for walking, grilling meat and fishing...

Pros: + Dense forest and shade of trees; + View from the mountain to the estuary and Yeisk; Cons: — Estuary, not suitable for swimming; — The place is not wild, pedestrians can walk; — Proximity to railway tracks. Very rarely, but trains passing by can still make noise. — When there is a wave, the water in the estuary may have dirty shades;

Coast near the village. Aleksandrovka (~ 10 km) Yeisk estuary

ON THE MAP

As in the village. Shirochanka this place is not very suitable for swimming; the estuary here is shallow and rocky. But for a picnic, barbecue and perhaps fishing, it is quite suitable. If you drive in a calm weather, the view of the estuary can be very attractive, but alas, it is not here as often as we would like. Here you will find a lot of interesting places to set up a tent, both on a grassy hill and under a tree 2 meters from the water.

Pros: + Large selection of places, many trees; + Sparsely crowded and rarely passing cars, even in high season; + Access to the water by car; Cons: — Estuary, not suitable for swimming; — When there is a wave, the water in the estuary may have dirty shades;

Dolzhanskaya Spit (~ 40 km) Taganrog Bay or Sea of Azov

ON THE MAP

By far the most popular place in the area! Both among “tent lovers” and among lovers of ordinary beach holidays... The northern part of the village of Dolzhanskaya is washed by the same Taganrog Bay, and the southwestern part is located in the open Sea of Azov. But despite this, the water can be perfectly clean on both sides. In the calm from the side of the bay, the views of the sea are no worse, but alas, the sunsets delight with their picturesque views only those vacationing from the side of the Azov Sea...

In Dolzhanskaya, camping in tents is very popular and you can set up camping in tents almost anywhere you want. A significant part of Dolzhanskaya is occupied by paid tent campsites, for a place in which you will have to pay from 500 rubles per day. But for this, you will receive awnings, toilets, showers and other “bonuses” of civilized camping. You can get there by private car, bus from Yeisk No. 121, or order a transfer from us.

Pros: + Excellent sea! Clear water, good depth and entrance, sandy shell beach and bottom; + Large area, if you search you can find great places; + Infrastructure. Improved beaches, buoys, cafes, water attractions. Cons: - Popularity. During the season, many Dolzhanskaya beaches are packed with vacationers. - Not a wild holiday. Noisy, crowded, beer/corn sellers during the day, music in the cafe at night, etc. — Most of the territory has been purchased by commercial campsites. You can only drive your car to the beach and pitch a tent for a fee.

Kamyshevat Spit (~ 45 km) Sea of Azov

ON THE MAP

Great place for camping. A large wild beach - not popular, uncrowded and clean. After a little driving, anyone will find a place for themselves here. You can take a place under the trees at the beginning of the spit, it is convenient to stay there with children because The sea here is shallow. If you drive further away there are no more trees, but closer to the end of the spit, you can find the sea depth sufficient for adults. At the beginning of the spit, the shore is sand and small shell rock, but towards the end of the spit only mountains of solid shells remain. The bottom is muddy in places but rarely, mostly sand.

Pros: + Not crowded; + Large area for choosing a location; + There are very beautiful views of the sea when it is calm; + Wild fauna. At the end of the spit, there is a small bird island inhabited by seagulls, ducks, herons and other species of birds. Dolphins often swim along the spit. Cons: - The sea at the beginning of the spit is shallow (“waist-deep”) and the depth appears only closer to the end of the spit; — At the beginning of the spit, where there are trees, local farmers sometimes drive their cattle (horses/cows) to the sea; — Insects can be annoying in calm weather; we recommend taking a tent with a mosquito net; — To get to the end of the spit, you will have to drive several kilometers along a bumpy road.

Yasenskaya crossing (~ 45 km) Sea of Azov

ON THE MAP

Another good place for camping! For this place, it’s crowded when you see at least someone in the distance on both sides... On a large beach area, finding a secluded place “without prying eyes” is not at all difficult! The beach is located along the road, but the road is separated by planting trees, so if you wish, you will always find shade and brushwood. The shore is sandstone and shell rock, but the sea here is not deep, the bottom is muddy in places. It’s a good option for children, but we would recommend for adults to stay closer to the Yasenskaya crossing so they can go swimming at the local beach. There the water is cleaner and the depth is normal and the bottom is sandy, but this beach will be more crowded.

Pros: + Not crowded; + Large area for choosing a place. Cons: — The sea is shallow, there are a lot of muddy pieces of the bottom; — In calm conditions near trees, insects may disturb you at night;

“Moscow-Donbass” beach (~ 45 km) Sea of Azov

ON THE MAP

Secret beach! =)

Even many locals don’t know about it! The most little-known and, as a result, less crowded, even at the height of the summer season. We ourselves often vacation there, so we wouldn’t want to popularize it or publicly announce it. But we can tell our clients who are interested in it how to find it...

Pros: + No connection! At all! No! A real wild holiday! + THE CLEANEST WATER! + A little-known, therefore sparsely populated place; + For both children and adults! There are places with depth, there are places where the maximum is “waist-deep”; + Dolphins often swim along the spit. Cons: - No connection! At all! How to live? =) — Half the way you need to drive through dusty fields. The road is well-trodden and quite acceptable, but you will definitely need to wash your car;
