Vityazevo is a small village located half an hour’s drive from the central part of Anapa. It can rightfully be called the most popular among tourists of different ages. A large number of youth and children's entertainment areas will definitely not make the resort's guests bored.
Since people primarily go to the sea for a beach holiday, in Vityazevo you can find everything you need to make your child comfortable relaxing by the water. Entertainment for children in Vityazevo 2022 includes water slides, catamarans, banana boats, trampolines on the shore and even bungee jumping.
It will be no less interesting in the village itself.
Paralia: all the best for a child's walks
When asked by local residents where to go in Vityazevo with children, the first answer is to the embankment. It is one of the main cultural attractions of the town and a favorite meeting place for holidaymakers. The embankment differs from the usual ideas of an alley running along the sea coast. It begins in the very heart of the city, “pierces” right through the populated area and leads tourists to the sea and the most stunning landscapes.
Otherwise, Paralia is similar to similar embankments that exist in any seaside city. Here you can find everything you need for a comfortable pastime:
- endless cafes, including those designed for children;
- vibrant entertainment with promising prizes for all participants of all ages;
- machines that allow you to measure the force of a blow, make a coin, try to ride a toy bull and stay on it;
- kiosks and trays with sweets, souvenirs, children's toys.
Advice to parents is to take with you a limited amount that you won’t mind spending, because it will be almost impossible to stop your beloved child.
What and how to eat at the resort
When planning a vacation with children, think in advance about what you will eat. Many parents believe that eating only in cafes is harmful to the child’s stomach, so they prefer to prepare familiar dishes themselves. Look at the options for cafes and canteens at the resort, find out in advance about meals at the hotel or guest house. In situations where you are going to rent a house or apartment and want to cook yourself, look where affordable and high-quality products are sold. Inexpensive fresh vegetables and fruits can be bought at the local market, as well as in the market.
Waterpark "Olympia": comparing children to the Greeks
Another popular answer from villagers regarding where to go to Vityazevo with children is a water park. Its name is a reference to the famous Olympic Games, invented by the Greeks, since the water activities available here help children and parents improve their health. In addition, the interiors of the attraction are stylized in the ancient Greek style, which helps to obtain aesthetic pleasure.
Of course, tourists from Anapa or the village of Dzhemete may wrinkle their noses in displeasure, because Olympia is much smaller in size than their water parks. On the other hand, there are all the conditions here to make the time pass fun and usefully. According to visitors’ reviews, parents are most delighted with the various swimming pools and recreational areas around them, and children are most delighted with the slides, including:
- capsule for almost vertical descent;
- "whirlpool";
- "labyrinth".
Advice to dads and moms is to take their children to animation programs, and themselves to attend foam parties.
Churches
Connoisseurs of architectural monuments and spiritual heritage should visit a number of places in the resort village.
Church of St. George the Victorious. The temple was built in 1994 in a very picturesque part of the village. The building itself is not luxurious and looks very modest. But the atmosphere on the church grounds is very peaceful.
“Holy Hand” is a whole Orthodox complex. Excursions are often organized there from Vityazevo. The complex has been known since the 18th century. It contains the source of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which is famous for its healing properties. Water from the source used to flow over a stone that had the outline of an elegant hand. It is not difficult to guess where the name of the Orthodox place comes from. You can swim in the spring and collect healing water. There are especially many people in the “Holy Hand” on Orthodox holidays.
The Hermitage of St. Theodosius of the Caucasus is located in the village of Gorny. It can also be reached by tourist bus. The clairvoyant Saint Theodosius lived here at the beginning of the 20th century. In the Desert you can visit a temple and a chapel, and collect water from a holy spring.
"Nemo": meeting amazing animals
If we compile a rating of “The best entertainment for children in Vityazevo,” then the local dolphinarium “Nemo” will be in one of the first places. Its inhabitants are not only Black Sea dolphins, but also other inhabitants of the kingdom of Poseidon:
- fur seals and lions;
- snow-white polar dolphin.
They are the main participants in the performance, demonstrating enchanting tricks and beautiful dance movements. In addition, the dolphinarium offers other services, such as swimming with dolphins, participating in games and competitions.
Don’t forget: visit the aquarium to meet other inhabitants of the depths, photograph them or take a selfie.
Climatic features
The climate at the resort is Mediterranean, moderately humid. Most days of the year are sunny; even in winter it is rarely cloudy. Swimming in the Black Sea begins in May and ends at the end of September. Water temperature in summer is from +22 to +28 °C. The air rarely warms up above + 35 °C, and at night the temperature does not drop below +20 °C. There is little precipitation, due to the proximity of the sea. As a rule, it rains at night. The air of the resort village is enriched with oxygen, ozone and sea salts. The most favorable period for tourism is from May to October, while the swimming season is open. But sanatoriums and boarding houses are open at any time of the year.
Amusement park "Byzantium" in Vityazevo
Vacationers don’t have to think long about what to see with their children in Vityazevo after the dolphinarium, since another popular place for children’s entertainment is located nearby. The beautiful name – “Byzantium” – reminds that the inhabitants of the empire knew how to have fun. Of course, at that time there was no entertainment that modern children enjoy.
For example, the race track causes a storm of delight among children; they are still very far from getting a driver’s license and driving a car, but now there are opportunities to try themselves as a real driver, persuading mom or dad to sit next to them. Another fun activity – “Swan Lake” – allows children to master water transport, albeit a fairly simple one – boats. There are several extreme attractions, swings and carousels for the little ones, and the “Labyrinth of the Minotaur” for the most courageous young tourists.
Required: for adults - to go to the “Room of Panic” and “Room of Laughter”, for children - to master the trampoline.
Where to live
It is better to look for housing long before the holiday season. The closer we get to the beginning of June, the fewer cheap and cool options there are. Experienced tourists begin to look at options in early March, or even in February, having made a reservation for the desired period. You can find accommodation after the fact, but it will cost much more than pre-booking. And you will have to be content with what is left, even if the housing does not meet your needs.
The resort has the opportunity to rent:
- house or room in the private sector
- apartment
- room in a guest house
- hotel room
The difference between these options is the price and the conditions that you consider comfortable. For example, a week's holiday in June for a family consisting of two adults and one seven-year-old child may vary. The budget option is 5,000 rubles for the entire period, and the more respectable one is 38,000 rubles.
A private house
Private house “For Friends” - a budget option of about 6,000 per week.

Rent a room in a guest house in Vityazevo
Housing here is the same as in the private sector. The difference is in the number of amenities and in the fact that this is not just a residential dacha, but a room adapted for tourists. On the territory of a private house there may be:
- Internet;
- amenities in the courtyard or in the rooms;
- kitchen for cooking;
- space in the yard for children's games or recreation;
- parking.
The price for renting a room in a guest house is from 250 to 1000 rubles per person per day. The cost depends on the season, the comfort of the room and the popularity of the house itself. For example, Guest House “Adri” for a week for two adults and a child at the end of June: an economical option will cost 4,800 rubles, and a luxury room with a sea view will cost 10,800 rubles.

Resort room
The room will cost from 4,000 rubles with or without additional payment for a child seat. Living with children in a hotel is only worth it if you buy an all-inclusive program. Every day, looking for where and what to eat and not being able to prepare food is a dubious prospect. In addition, children in hotels often have nowhere to run and have fun safely. In some hotels you need to pay for play areas with an animator. And if you want to save money, you will have to constantly look after the children yourself. The Golden Fleece Hotel will cost from 38,000 to 102,000 rubles.

Rent an apartment in Vizyazevo
Living in an apartment isn't much different from what you're used to at home, except that you're at a resort. The cost of housing is the same as a hotel room or even less. View all available options without intermediaries. For example, a one-room apartment will cost from 2,000 rubles per day.

National culture in Dobrodeya Park
Guests do not ask what to see with their children, since many already know where they will go before their trip here. In Dobrodeya Park you can get closer to the culture of the famous Kuban Cossacks. It has been turned into a real Cossack village, with bright and memorable attributes and household items.
The highlights of a holiday here are tastings of Russian cuisine and performances by a Cossack folk group. The infrastructure of the park is organized at a high level - there is a hotel and parking lot, a playground and a cafe. Tip: You can explore local attractions on your own or with a guide.
As you can see, Vityazevo is a resort for adults and children; here everyone will find something to their taste and entertainment to suit their abilities. Come and see for yourself!
Historical reference
The first settlement on the territory of present-day Vityazevo appeared 2000 years ago. The place was chosen by the Greeks and they called it Pont Eclivus.
Many centuries later, in 1837, the Cossacks came here and founded their village of Vityazevskaya. The settlement was named in honor of a commander named Vityaz, under whose leadership the Anapa fortress was saved from the invaders. In those days there was a fierce struggle with the Turks for the Black Sea shores.
In 1862 the name Vityazevo appeared. Before the Patriotic War, Pontic Greeks lived in the village of Vityazevo. During the Second World War there was a mass deportation of the Greek population. Later, already in the 50s. XX century, some forced migrants came back.
