Lobnya (Moscow region) - sights and interesting places of the city with photos and descriptions

Description and history

The population of Lobnya is about 85 thousand people. It arose due to the merger with nearby settlements, as well as due to the expansion of the village located near the Lobnya station of the Savelovskaya railway. It received its name in honor of the Lobnenka River, which flowed around it. The station settlement was founded back in 1911. A year later, people began to develop forest areas located near the station, equipping them as demonstration farms of the Agricultural Academy. After another 10 years, they transformed into the Lugovoy Institute.

During the Second World War, battles for Moscow were fought in this area. The village of Krasnaya Polyana is now part of the city. During times of war, it was considered the point at which the enemy was closest to the capital. Then the story developed quite interestingly:

  • In 1947, a village called Lobnya was formed on this territory. This decision was supported by the Council of the RSFSR.
  • In 1967, the president signed a decree transforming the village into a city.
  • In 1975, Lobnya was made a city of regional subordination. At the same time, the official coat of arms was approved.
  • In 1976, the village of Lugovaya was also subordinated to Lobnya.

Most of the population works at the local Sheremetyevo airfield.

The head of the city administration is Evgeniy Viktorovich Smyshlyaev. Lobnya postal code is 141730, telephone code is 498. Contacts of departments, departments and the Accounts Chamber can be found on the city’s official website.

Historical and architectural sights

Lobnya has had the status of a city since 1961. The official date of its foundation is 1902, but the development and settlement of these lands goes back to time immemorial. Consequently, in the city and its surroundings you can find interesting architecture, against which you will get memorable photographs.

Kiovo-Spasskoye Estate

  • Address: Kiovo street, 17B.

The Spasskaya Church, preserved and now functioning, was part of the Spasskoe-Kiovo estate complex. The history of the estate can be traced back to 1623, when these lands were transferred into the ownership of the brothers Ivan and Grigory Bornyakov. Later the owners of the estate were B.M. Khitrovo, I.M. Yazykov, princes of Volyn, I.I. Vorontsov. From the middle of the 19th century until the revolution it belonged to Count Panin.

Not much remains today from the centuries-old history of the estate. The regular manor park, laid out in the 18th century, has not been completely preserved. From the estate buildings, a one-story outbuilding has survived to this day - a white stone structure with symmetrical facades and a gable roof.

Stylistically, it correlates with classicism, although a number of sources indicate that the building does not have clearly defined features of a specific architectural style. Dates from the beginning of the 19th century. The territory of the estate is an object of historical and cultural heritage of regional significance.

Buildings of the Krestovnikov factory

  • Address: microdistrict Krasnaya Polyana.

As part of the modern city of Lobnya there is a microdistrict of the same name to the famous Sochi resort - Krasnaya Polyana, historically it was the village of Polyany, in the Soviet pre-war period - the village of Krasnaya Polyana. The legendary local textile factory received the same name; it is considered the oldest enterprise in the city.

The settlement, which has become a microdistrict, has a long industrial history. Back in 1850, in the village of Polyany, the famous industrialists the Krestovnikov brothers created a paper factory. The production buildings of the former factory - red brick buildings, built in the spirit of the times - are a historical and industrial landmark of Lobnya.

Shukhov hyperboloid water tower

  • Address: 21, bldg. 1, Science Town.

The name of the designer Vladimir Grigorievich Shukhov was imprinted on the appearance of many cities in our country, thanks to the tower project he developed. The most famous of the Shukhov towers is located on Shabolovka in Moscow.

Once there were about 200 Shukhov towers across the country, but only seven have survived to this day, and one of them is in Lobnya. It was built in 1918.

The characteristic openwork design of the tower is 40 meters high; the tank holds 100 cubic meters of water. At the moment it is not used for its intended purpose and is preserved as a historical and engineering landmark.

Village "Katyushki"

  • Address: Katyushki street, 43B.

The former village of Katyushki is now the urban microdistrict of Lobnya. In the northeast of it, on the right bank of the Lobnya River, archaeological excavations were carried out, during which finds were made dating back to different historical periods. The settlement discovered here in 2008 was recognized as a cultural heritage site.

The dating of the monument is approximate. It is believed that the settlement arose no earlier than the 14th century, and its dawn came in the 17th century. A characteristic feature of the village is a pond with a diameter of 50 meters. Scientists have determined that this is an artificial object.

Settlement "Lugovaya"

  • Address: Lugovaya village.

An archaeological site on the territory of the former village of Lugovaya, now a district within the city, was discovered in 2013. The village dates back to the 15th-16th centuries. Fragments of ceramics characteristic of that time were discovered.

Memorial sign and tank museum

At the end of 1941, the Germans came close to Moscow. They were only 30 kilometers from the Kremlin and were confident of their victory. But their expectations were not met. On the territory of Lobnya the enemy was defeated. The Soviet army then suffered huge losses . There are 5 mass graves in the city, in which more than 6 thousand people are buried who gave their lives for their homeland and the capital.

In the local Square of Moscow Defenders there is a sign “Moscow Defense Frontier”, the installation of which was supported by city residents.

This place is located on the territory of the memorial complex “History of the T-34 tank”. The exhibition is entirely dedicated to the T-34 tank. The memorial opened in 2001 in honor of the 60th anniversary of the counter-offensive of Soviet troops in the battle for the capital.

The director of the museum, L. N. Vasilyeva, is the daughter of a design engineer and tank builder from the times of the USSR, N. A. Kucherenko. The entire exhibition is located on several floors. On the site near the museum there are eight tanks, which were the ancestors of the legendary T-34, as well as an artillery installation. You can find this place at Dmitrovskoye Shosse, 89A.

Monuments and sculptural decorations of the city

For historical reasons, all the significant and most famous monuments in the city of Lobnya are dedicated to military themes.

Mass grave "Belfry"

  • Address: City Park of Culture and Leisure.

The memorial appeared in the western part of the Park of Culture and Leisure in the year of the 55th anniversary of the Victory. The remains of Soviet soldiers discovered at the construction site of a new microdistrict were reburied here.

Erected on May 8, 2000, the monument is a granite arch topped with an Orthodox cross. It was called "Belfry". Today it is positioned as a memorial to all those who died in wars and military conflicts of the 20th century.

Obelisk "Soldier of 1941"

  • Address: South Street.

The figure of a Soviet soldier was installed in the Lugovaya microdistrict in memory of the events of December 6, 1941, when the 35th Infantry Division went on the offensive near Lobnya. Historical circumstances are recorded in the inscription on the pedestal.

Stella "To the Pacific Sailors..."

  • Address: Moscow Defenders Square.

Among the military units defending Moscow were sailors - a brigade formed from soldiers of the Pacific Fleet. One of the monuments in the “Square of Moscow Defenders” is dedicated to them.

The stele was installed in 1986 through the efforts of the Pacific Fleet Veterans Council. The full name of the Monument is “To the Pacific sailors and Siberian Red Army soldiers who stood to the death at the line of Lobnya in the great battle for Moscow.”

Memorial "Eternal Flame"

  • Address: Krasnaya Polyana microdistrict.

On the site of the mass grave between the former villages of Krasnaya Polyana and Puchkovo there is an extensive military memorial that dates back to the 1950s. Its author and initiator of creation was N. Shishkov, an eyewitness to the battles for Moscow.

More than 1,200 soldiers are buried in a mass grave on Puchkovo Field. The names of those who were identified are engraved on the slabs behind the statue of the soldier, the central figure of the memorial. At the foot of the monument the Eternal Flame burns.

Monument "Lorry". Car ZIS-5

  • Address: Bukinskoye sh., 39.

In 1984, the legendary ZIS-5 car was placed on a pedestal in Lobnya. Such cars were manufactured in the 30s and were reliable “iron horses” for military drivers of the Great Patriotic War.

The vehicle that became a monument previously belonged to front-line soldier A. Akkuratov. The car was restored by him and was running. The monument was initially christened “Veteran Car of 1943”, then the inscription was shortened to “Veteran-1943”, and the monument began to be called “Lorry”.

Monument to children prisoners of fascism

  • Address: City Park of Culture and Leisure.

Two small emaciated children's figures - a boy and a girl - are one of the most touching and poignant military monuments of Lobnya, installed in 2015. It is dedicated to young prisoners of fascist camps. In the images of children, sculptor Dmitry Yamin managed to convey all the pain and hardships of the war.

"Zenithka" and the Museum of Glory

A great contribution to the victory at Lobnya was made by Soviet anti-aircraft troops, more precisely, the 13th anti-aircraft battery of 864 ZAP. In 1941, the battery had only 11 guns (cannons), but despite this, the enemy was not allowed into Moscow. In memory of the heroic deeds of the soldiers, a memorial complex was erected, which was called “Zenitka”.

a lot of interesting information about the war by visiting the local museum of military and labor glory. It has been open since 1981 on the spot where soldiers of the Soviet army dug the first ditch. Now you can see a fragment of this structure. The museum also has rooms dedicated to education and the further history of the city. The place is located on Batareinaya Street, 2.

Lobnensky parks and squares

For walks in Lobnya, the local recreation center is perfect, however, if you wish, you can always go a little further, to the Lobnya Forest Park, where unity with nature is more significant.

Park of Culture and Leisure in Lobnya

  • Coordinates on the map: 56.013290, 37.471254.

Lobnensky Cultural Park is one of the most recognizable places in the city, a popular venue for events and an area for recreation and entertainment for citizens.

The park has picturesque alleys with flower beds, gazebos, and park sculptures. The infrastructure pays attention to sports; playgrounds and paths for cycling and roller skating are equipped; in the winter, the park attracts skiers. There are separate areas for walking and training dogs.

There is a pond on the territory where a popular water attraction operates. The park also offers other entertainment aimed at both children and adults.

For art lovers

Tourists may have the mistaken opinion that all the sights of Lobnya are dedicated only to the war. But there are many other interesting places in the city, such as an art gallery that opened in 2004. This was facilitated by the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation V. I. Korobkov. The exhibition presents paintings by famous masters, as well as works of children's creativity. There is also a watercolor school open here. The gallery is located on Lenin Street, 16.

In the city, it is worth visiting the Chamber Stage of the Drama Theater. His repertoire includes more than 15 children's and 20 adult productions. Spectators note the comfort of the hall and the amazing performance of the actors. You can find it at Bukinskoye Shosse, 31.

There is another theater in Lobnya called “Dolls and People”. It was founded in 1999. Here you can watch both adult and children's puppet performances. Many plays are written by authors working in the theater. The entire team tours the cities of Russia. It is located on Lobnensky Boulevard.

Top 10 richest cities in the Moscow region

Most cities in the Moscow region, located near leading highways and connected to the capital by railway lines, have a high level of investment attractiveness. Good transport accessibility ensures the interest of investors and developers who choose them for large-scale development and location of their production facilities and offices. A striking example is New Moscow, which today reaches almost to the border with the Kaluga region. An important indicator of well-being is the presence of city-forming organizations: it is no coincidence that half of the cities in the ranking of the richest are associated with the aviation industry. The average salary in the Moscow Region in 2022 was 56,000 rubles. Compared to other regions of Russia, this figure is quite high. However, among the cities near Moscow there are the richest representatives, where salaries are even higher.

The ranking of the richest cities in the Moscow region includes:

  1. Lobnya
  2. Khimki
  3. Dolgoprudny
  4. Krasnogorsk
  5. Fryazino
  6. Domodedovo
  7. Korolev
  8. Zhukovsky
  9. Odintsovskii district
  10. Chernogolovka

Other interesting places

Guests are encouraged to explore other cultural sites and attractions. For example, a hyperboloid water tower, the design of which was created by V. G. Shukhov, a famous engineer and scientist. He built about 200 towers throughout Russia, but to date only seven of them have survived.

The Williams Museum is also worth a visit. Farming and agriculture lovers will love it there. Here you can see various types of vegetation and buy seeds.

Lobnya is the richest city in the Moscow region

Lobnya is in first place in the Moscow region in terms of average wages for 2022. As of September, its amount was 119,514 rubles, which is twice the average income in the region. The main factors contributing to this well-being are the location 15 km from the Moscow Ring Road and Sheremetyevo Airport, which provides city residents with work with a decent level of wages.

There are more than 60 large companies operating in the electrical, construction, light and food industries. There is active development of residential areas, which indicates interest from developers and investment attractiveness. The availability of jobs within the city limits of Lobnya, as well as the opportunity to choose suitable vacancies in the capital, ensures the demand for housing and infrastructure development.

Churches and temples

Believers can visit churches and temples. For example, in the city there is a very beautiful Church of the Savior Not Made by Hands, which is located on Kiovo Street, 25. It was founded in 1769.

You can also see the Temple of the Matrona of Moscow on Borisov Street, 15. It was built quite recently, in 2002. The initiators of the construction were local residents and hospital employees. also recommended to visit the following temples:

  • St. Philaret;
  • in the name of the icon “Savior of the Loaves”;
  • Archangel Michael.

Each of them has very interesting architecture and history.

All of the listed cultural and historical sites are only a part of the places that exist in the city of Lobnya. You can also travel around the surrounding area to see the “Fairy-tale World of N. Strelkina” Gallery, which is located in the village of Fedoskino, Ecopark “Sokolniki” and other beautiful places. All news about events taking place in the city can be found in local newspapers.

I moved here while I was working at Sheremetyevo. Cons: endless traffic jams - public transport covers the 7 km distance to SVO in 2 hours. You can’t get on a minibus in the morning, because they pass by, “crowded” already at the final station. There are no roads for pedestrians. There is no asphalt. The smell in spring, summer, autumn is incredible - either sewage or something else. The audibility in houses is very strong (I lived in a new area of Lobnya City).

In the city of Lobnya there is a constant smell from the Protein Product, formerly Protein, plant. It smells like the corpses of women, essentially a crematorium. They burn bones around the clock and pray. It stinks all over Lobnya wherever the wind blows. St. Lieutenant Boyko, 101. The plant was liquidated according to paperwork in 2010, it operates illegally, they give someone a hand, in Lobnya only this is possible.

I agree with the negative reviews above. The traffic jams are terrible, the asphalt is all broken up, it’s impossible to walk, let alone with a stroller - I won’t say anything. The air is periodically very strange, perhaps the proximity of a garbage dump has an effect. There is absolutely nowhere to go except for the little spot near the administration. Medical care is a separate issue. We went to the hospital emergency room with a child with a concussion, the traumatologist didn’t even bother to look, he said: it’s not up to you, I have a serious patient. I had to take the child to Moscow late in the evening.

Due to some sad circumstances, I had to move to the city of Lobnya from the city of Dolgoprudny. The negative impressions started from the apartment, the audibility of the neighbors is off the charts, but that’s okay. The city itself is a complete dump. There are no normal sidewalks or roads in the entire city. As soon as it’s winter, the pits begin to be cemented. I once took a photograph of the road on Borisov Street, all in patches. Friends came to visit and were shocked. And they make it every year, or rather the appearance. I wonder how the city mayor and the rest of the leadership look at this? You yourself live in this city. You may not live, but you lead. This is your Face!!! Make the city look well-groomed! PS Even now I’m writing, standing in a traffic jam near the crossing for 1 hour and 43 minutes.

I was born in Lobnya. Yes, Lobnya is getting worse and worse every year. There are practically no sidewalks, now the snow is melting, all the roads and sidewalks are a solid pool. They didn’t learn how to build roads in Lobnya. In ancient times, there were coveta ravines all over the city; if there is no storm drainage system, then why put curbs on the roads, there must be ravines. But someone thinks that the ravines were not buried beautifully. The result is obvious; we swim.

Answer

The city could be quite good if it were led by sane people. It's a complete mess and a display of one's own stupidity. For example, the children's playground Aviation 7 was opened with such pomp, almost with an orchestra, but the playground is pitiful and wretched. Sobyanin opens overpasses in Moscow much more modestly. Road signs are a whole different story, it seems that whoever approved and installed them never studied at a driving school and is generally far from traffic rules. Housing and communal services also exist only as a sign, but in reality they do not exist. Kindergarten Borisov 24 has not been completed for the fifth year and no one is itching. You can't list everything. As they say, it’s not the car’s fault, but the one who drives it. Of course, there are things for which the city leadership is not to blame and is powerless, such as the opening of a third lane. Planes almost blow the roofs off Katyushkahya. But you can’t argue against Savelyev and his brother-in-law, even though his brother-in-law was removed, well, the line has already been built.

Terrible city. I really regret that I moved here to my husband. The city is poorly developed. Eternal traffic jams, nowhere to go on weekends. There are also few places to walk with children. I don’t recommend coming here.

Olga

Good evening, I hope my review will be useful to someone. I’ll start from the beginning, how I got to Lobnya, I spent a long time choosing an apartment where it was cheaper, and in 2016 I chose the village of Podosinki, Dmitrovsky district, it’s about 20 km from Lobnya, the train line is the same, there are no cheaper prices anywhere within a radius of 40 km from the Moscow Ring Road. There I bought an attic in a new building, the village is not large, but there is a new school and kindergarten, also 3 Dixie and Magnit, a construction market, and small clothing stores, opticians, and there is also a branch of Sberbank (it’s open 2 times a week or three) . VTB ATM, new playgrounds, House of Culture for large families, free classes, and approximately 3200. That's where the advantages end, as I have learned from my own experience, cheap is not good. There is a problem with doctors in Dmitrov and the region, before the railway station. The frosts from Podosinki are very inconvenient to walk to, minibuses rarely run, and it’s a 20-minute walk along an inconvenient and even dangerous road. Plus the price of trains if every day is very expensive. In the Village, unlike the city, there are no services, speech therapists, massage, specialized classes, etc. you will have to work as a driver for your children. In elementary school there is nothing there yet, but in the older ones, children without parents are wandering around the streets of the village, some are using drugs, some are drinking alcohol, in general, this is a common thing there. But not all of them are children, of course, there are also normal ones, these are just those whose grandparents or parents work as their drivers because... In Dmitrov, and also in Lobnya, the infrastructure is naturally very well developed. In general, I realized that I would ruin both my life and my child if I stayed in the village, because... It's a long commute to work, and in the village work is only in shops, because... I work as a realtor, I easily found a good apartment and moved to Lobnya, which I don’t regret for a minute. Dolgoprudny, well, who cares, the prices there are the same as in Moscow. But I completely disagree with those who write that it’s bad in Lobnya, and traffic jams even when leaving the city in the city itself are rare, but of course they happen. The people are friendly, you can’t drive cameras over 60 on the roads, which is good, there are a lot of policemen and traffic cops standing at the crossing to schools every morning. The clinic, well, people after Dmitrov and even Moscow, because... I lived almost my entire life and childhood in Moscow, it’s paradise!!!! The Children's Clinic is beyond praise, there are all the doctors, there are many attentive pediatricians and highly specialized doctors, I am very pleased, free massages, etc. As for planes, yes they fly, so you trust the professionals and they will choose you a normal area where planes do not fly, they fly strictly along their own corridor, Katyushas were built in violation just under this corridor. Planes don’t fly over other areas, or very rarely, I personally haven’t seen them, only from afar, but it’s also beautiful. Regarding work, they generally come to us from Moscow, a very good level of salaries, and in Sheremetyevo (not only cashiers and loaders) there are a lot of other professions and it is not necessary to know English, wages in the city are higher than even in Moscow, also except airport, which is international and huge, there is also the Ostankino dairy plant, Royal Canin, many other large and logistics organizations, stores about them, I generally keep quiet about them in abundance. As for getting to Moscow, it’s not a problem at all, both electric trains and METRO were launched today, Putin himself traveled, and express trains. The price for pleasure is only about 40 rubles. and this is a regular ticket, not a travel card. And from the Metro of our lung they say it will be possible to transfer to the regular metro without additional payment. We have the most gorgeous park in Bukino. Theaters, there are many professional clubs and sections for children, I won’t list them, believe me, there are a lot of them, if you are interested, write in a personal message. There are no problems with the gardens, but it’s not like that, they came today and took it tomorrow, no, you’ll have to wait a month, but still it’s not that critical. There are many schools and Lyceums. In general, I personally am very happy, after comparing Lobnya, Dolgoprudny is not bad but expensive sq.m. and Dmitrov is terrible only to die if you go, Krasnogorsk - by the way, where the problem is with kindergartens especially Myakinino and clinics, Podolsk ecology, accuracy, concrete and brick factories, but overall not bad but sq.m. housing is more expensive than in Lobnya, Balashikha has an acute problem with kindergartens, schools, traffic jams and lack of work, Reutov the price is expensive per sq.m. and also the lack of work, Lyubertsy - prices per sq. m. m. expensive, no work, densely populated, crime and some other cities I personally know and not by hearsay. Lobnya is the best!!! in terms of price per sq. m., quality and standard of living, work. I tried to adequately assess the pros and cons. I didn’t want to offend anyone’s city, everywhere there are pros and cons, of course, but you need to compare not only the pros and cons, but also the price per sq.m. housing and proximity to work, so as not to have to leave for work every morning and not be stuck in traffic jams in the evening.

Inhabitant

The transport accessibility of the city is disgusting. Public transport in the city leaves much to be desired. Buses are old, uncomfortable in winter, cold; traveling by personal transport is no pleasure; the city is constantly standing; this is the red glade turn near the shopping center; the turn and, of course, the intersection of the Bukinskoe highway with the Rogachevskoe highway is a wonderful crossing. There is practically no entertainment in the cinema of the eighties, which was reconstructed in two thousand years, but it is also one hall. and of course our favorite railway transfer on which you can spend from 5 minutes to 3 hours, possibly more. And this is a wonderful neighborhood with Sheremetyevo, with constant traffic jams just before the shopping center. Minibuses of route 21 which are on the side of the road and no one gives a damn about it; by the way, bus 48 is not far behind.

Olga

It’s a nice city, calm, little traffic jams, polite drivers, helpful people. The roads, as usual in cities near Moscow, are not very good, but they are made, there are a lot of traffic lights. There is a beautiful park, many sections and swimming pools for children, sports are actively developing, for every taste, gymnastics is not very good. the groups are overcrowded and actually take talented children from birth. There are many schools, kindergartens are the same, queues for kindergartens are the same as everywhere else, the main thing is to have time to submit an application to the department before the end of April (if I’m not mistaken) and your child will be accepted. Moving is not convenient, but you can adjust or leave through Leningradka. I have never stood for hours before, maximum 30-40 minutes. and this is just one time. It’s hard to climb the stairs to the railway, there aren’t enough runners for strollers, it’s very hard for grandmothers, one of these days I’ll write to the good news. There are not very many visitors, mostly everyone is decent, there is enough work, the proximity of the Airport helps. Housing prices are different, sometimes very affordable, and the metro is opening. I work in real estate in Lobnya, so I know about that. The streets are clean, there are many playgrounds for children. With medicine compared to other cities m.o. for example, with Dmitrov, there are no problems in Lobnya, both with children and with adults. Lobnya is divided into districts, which can be written about separately, the most expensive is Central, the least expensive are the Depot and the Airport. Not all trains stop at the Depot; from the Airport district you need to take a minibus to the railway. Lobnya, that’s not very convenient, but in general, if anyone has any questions, write in a personal message, I’ll be very happy to answer Lobnya. WITH

Kassandra F.

In recent years, the city has simply been killed. It has turned into a ghetto, in which it is impossible to live, but it is also impossible to leave because of the wild traffic jams. To begin with, due to the opening of the third runway at Sheremetyevo, planes are landing directly above residential buildings. The noise is terrible around the clock, you can’t hear each other on the street, it’s extremely uncomfortable at home with open windows. We can’t breathe because of the planes and the garbage dump near the city. Water is one of the worst in the Moscow region. Transport accessibility is disgusting - there is no way in or out, traffic jams are constant at both exits from the city. The infrastructure is backward. One hospital, which is called the Valley of Death - if you end up there, which is not a fact, you are unlikely to get out of there healthy. There are not enough kindergartens and schools. In general, if you have the opportunity to stay away from here, I highly recommend it.

I moved to Lobnya a month ago, I like it, before that I lived in Bibirevo. The neighborhood is new, shops, salons - everything is there. Air, forest all around. There is a problem with parking in the yard after 19, but I put paid 3 thousand per month.

We lived near Lobnya. I don’t want to live in a forehead for any price. The clinic is terrible, the gardens are in trouble, the queues are long. There are shops, pharmacies, shopping centers (they are everywhere now), and a market. Electric trains are no problem, they run frequently. But by car through Sheremetyevo it’s easy to shoot yourself! In the morning and evening there is one big traffic jam.

Depends on what area you are considering. Here is Lugovaya - of course it’s beautiful and airy, and away from the main city. Katyushki is a new area, there will be a big anthill when everyone moves in

If you want air and forest, look at Zelenograd.

A wonderful city with great prospects!

You can downvote! I intend to raise my grandchildren here! I have nowhere to retreat...

Lobnya is a sad place, I work there. And although I rent an apartment in Moscow, I have no desire to move to Lobnya and save on rent yet. The traffic jams due to the crossing are really hellish, I always go through Lugovaya.

Dolgopa is 10 times a nicer town! But you can’t leave Dolgopa in the same way in the morning and you can’t get there in the evening, exits to Dmitrovka are both only through railway crossings, and Likhachevskoye always stands deaf.

I also like Lobnya. While my husband and I went to buy construction materials, we visited different parts of the city. It’s a very pleasant town, kind, as if from my childhood. The people are also friendly. We came across very polite salespeople in the stores.

Since I only travel around Lobnya by public transport during the day, for me all the people on the minibuses and buses are wonderful.

And I also like the aura of the city in Lobnya, if I can talk about the city like that. It’s great in Lobnya.

Lobnya hellish add.

Instead (the same distance) Domodedovo is further away from Serpukhov.

Even Balashikha. Not so terrible with Krasnogorsk

Lobnya - never for this money. It’s better to have a smaller room and some kind of Kozhuvo or Reutov there

but not Lobnya.

Good afternoon everyone. I've been living in the city for 6 years. Moved from Moscow to the Northern Administrative District. I can’t say what’s good or bad in the city. But there are problems in every city and they need to be solved and not trashed the city.

I’m for Lobnya, it’s easy to get to, the people are normal, a lot of people work in Sheremetyevo, there are plenty of shops, there’s a sports palace. Of course, a lot depends on the area.

Dedovsk left some kind of dull impression, although this may not be the case; I was there once. Skhodnya is a village IMHO.

Yes, the town is nondescript, poor in places, like many other towns throughout Rus'. There is no special architecture in it that you can admire while walking around the city. The city grew from islands of settlements, which are now called microdistricts. There are no direct roads in Lobnya: to get from one area to another, you need to overcome a very winding trajectory. There are no places for parents with strollers to move: there are no sidewalks in some places, and there are no descents from many. To get to the children's clinic, you need to show miracles of strength disciplines and acrobatics. In general, a city is, first of all, the people who inhabit it. Maybe these people will change something? Let us hope for the best. There are already some progress for the better. Anyone who lived here before should notice the changes. Although, people tend to see only the bad side. A fly in the ointment kills all good endeavors.

Housing in Lobnya is a good investment. The apartment turns out to be almost in Moscow, and the prices are almost a quarter lower. In the future, the cost will definitely rise... It’s good to buy a new building at the initial stage - however, you need to carefully choose the developer.

As for your own accommodation, it is best to live in Lobnya for those who, according to their work schedule, cannot travel to Moscow every day. It is even preferable to opt for a private house or townhouse and enjoy being in nature – at the same time within “walking distance” from the capital.

-There are few parking places. The paths are not sprinkled with sand in a timely manner.

- utility workers work poorly

- Solid roads. There are no playgrounds or parks. The lakes are polluted, and during the day they have become a landfill. There is no place to relax and take a walk.

-dirt, no gutters, we constantly swim among puddles to get to the house.

I like this young, cute city. He builds up, becomes prettier, acquiring his own face. Delighted with his street names. The names of the writers overlap with each other. And what a green park, raised by the townspeople! City parks with a brass band are such a rarity!

Hello my friends

Today, so to speak, there will be a cry from the heart about the city in which we temporarily, thank God, live. I would like to immediately note an important point - that this is purely my opinion and I do not intend to turn anyone against or offend anyone. You know what they say

“just not my city”

But this is just a nightmare! My husband and I rent a one-room apartment in the microdistrict. Katyushas in a new building. Here I would like to note that the prices here are reasonable for renting housing, for those who care.

•1 minus is transport. For those without a car or without a license, I sincerely sympathize with you. It takes 2 hours to get to Moscow and 3 transports - it’s not convenient. First a bus, then a minibus or another bus, then a metro, depending on where you need to go. You can also take the bus and train, then the metro. But this does not change the picture, and travel prices, as we know, are steep.

•2 minus - you can work there either as a loader, or as a cashier, or in Sheremetyevo, you are unlikely to find another option, this is difficult and naturally there are no prospects.

•3 minus - water supply. This is a separate story, the water here is disgusting, very hard. The difference in the shower or in the faucet in the kitchen is constantly changing, either boiling water or ice, once our shower was knocked out, because because of these differences there was an accident at the station, we did not immediately find out about it, we turned the tap and the air simply knocked out the watering can . But apparently this is not enough for the workers, the water is still not stable and may even stop flowing.

•4 minus - by agreement with the residents, all garbage chutes in the house are closed, you have to take the garbage outside yourself.

•5 minus - in winter there was a lot of bare ice in our part. Nobody was going to sprinkle anything. We also wrote a complaint, to which they answered “the problem has been solved” and sent us a photo with asphalt without ice (of course, because at +7 everything just melted) and then with the onset of -7 all the ice returned.

•6 minuses - there are no normal stores nearby, you will have to go somewhere again.

•7 minus - but this is a bit of a quibble if it’s already. The city was not decorated at all for the New Year. It seems to me that at least some dead Christmas tree could, if desired, be put up and a meager gerdyand hung for show, but no. I didn't have enough imagination. The parks are not landscaped; there is nowhere to walk except the forest, which is already boring.

•8 minus - we came across very noisy neighbors with constant renovations. It seems to me they are drilling 24 hours a day, because of them the whole apartment is in a fog of dust that you have to breathe.

•9 minus - elevators get stuck. This is provided that they are new, what will happen next...

•10 minus - next to us there is a village in which roosters constantly crow. And you can hear it perfectly with the windows closed in the apartment.

•11 minus - we got the renovation from the “blow and it will fall off” series. If you are going to buy or rent an apartment in a new building, pay attention to this. Because when renting, it significantly reduces the price.

To summarize: Everything that is important to me is completely absent here; for us it’s just sheer inconvenience and the devil. I would rather return to Moscow or, because of my husband’s work, move to Khimki.

Roshal - poor transport accessibility and hazardous industries

In many respects, Roshal is similar to Zaraysk, which is the leader of the anti-rating. It is located at a considerable distance from Moscow - 145 km and has approximately the same population - 20,418 people. The average salary is higher and amounts to 37,579 rubles, which is also lower than the average for the Moscow Region. Roshal does not have a direct railway connection with Moscow.

However, since there is little work in the city, residents prefer to travel to the capital by bus, spending at least 3 hours on the road, or look for vacancies in Shatura, which can be reached in 2 hours and 20 minutes by direct bus. In the past, the city-forming enterprise was the Roshal Chemical Plant, which went bankrupt in 2006. Today, about 20 private companies operate in its place, and construction of a large complex for the production of phthalic anhydride is underway.

Lakes - poor industrial development

Ozery is located slightly closer to the capital, at a distance of 125 km, and the population is just over 25,000 people. The average salary is not much higher than in Roshal and amounts to 37,683 rubles.

On the one hand, Ozery is removed from the main highways, located between Kolomna and Stupino. On the other hand, a dead-end railway line leads here from Kolomna, which increases transport accessibility. On the site of the former city-forming textile mill, today there is a developed industrial park with 5 industrial enterprises.

Zaraysk is the poorest city in Moscow region

Small Zaraysk, with a population of just over 23,000 people, is the poorest city in Moscow Region. In 2022, the average salary was 32,319 rubles, which is almost two times lower than the regional average. It is located 145 km from Moscow, but there is no passenger rail connection with it. You can get to the capital only by road along the Kashirskoye or Ryazanskoye highway. There are less than 10 industrial enterprises in the city, the largest of which are footwear and feather and down products factories.

Thanks to this, the largest number of available vacancies is offered in the production sector, which accounts for about 20% of the total number of posted offers. The highest paid professions include taxi driver, police officer and sales consultant. Despite its rich history and large number of attractions, Zaraysk is not among those in demand among tourists, which reduces its economic potential.

Krasnogorsk is beautiful and attractive for investors

Located just 4 km from the Moscow Ring Road, Krasnogorsk can safely be called the capital of the Moscow region. It is here that the regional government and many infrastructure facilities are based. There is a metro station in Krasnogorsk, convenient exits to the Circle Line are organized, which ensures a high level of transport accessibility.

It is also famous for its investment attractiveness among developers. It is located on the banks of the Moscow River, surrounded by a massive forest area, which provides excellent ecology and the opportunity to build views of residential complexes. There are many organizations here working in the areas of manufacturing, defense, mechanical engineering, and production of building materials. The average salary in Krasnogorsk in 2022 was 69,295 rubles.

Dolgoprudny - transport accessibility and industry

Located 5 km from the Moscow Ring Road, Dolgoprudny ranks third in the ranking of rich cities in the Moscow region. By September 2022, the average salary was 69,495 rubles. Like the leaders of the rating, Dolgoprudny is located in close proximity to the capital and Sheremetyevo Airport. An important factor ensuring well-being is the presence of a developed educational cluster of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

The city has a direct railway connection with Savelovsky Station, from which it is located only 18 km to the north. In Dolgoprudny there are large enterprises in the following industries:

  • defense,
  • mechanical engineering,
  • amneotherapy,
  • chemical

Dolgoprudny entered the top ten settlements in terms of quality of life, based on the opinions of citizens. Every year the number of job offers increases, which improves overall financial performance.
