The list for two years includes 58 general education institutions, the department’s press service reported.

“In the Kurgan region there is a high level of readiness to participate in this program (we have already developed design estimates for many objects), and therefore our application was satisfied almost in full,” said Andrey Kocherov, director of the education department . — Within two years, we will receive 2.7 billion rubles for the modernization of 58 schools, which will not only be overhauled, but also equipped with modern equipment.

The new federal program will make it possible to bring schools in the Kurgan region to a standard state in five years, and children will study in comfortable conditions.

— To absorb funds and complete repairs on time, work will begin in advance. Because of this, there will be certain difficulties and inconveniences. I ask teachers and parents to treat the situation with understanding. And we, in turn, will make every effort to ensure that this has minimal impact on the educational process,” the director of the department emphasized.

The federal school overhaul program is designed for five years. This year it will cover 1,306 objects in 79 regions of Russia.
