- an administrative unit in the RSFSR that existed in 1924-1963. The administrative center is the village of Goryachiy Klyuch.

Story

• The Goryacheklyuchevsky district
  was formed on June 2, 1924 as part of the Kuban district of the South-Eastern region. Initially, the district included 12 village councils: Baku, Bezymyanny, Goryachiy Klyuch, Klyuchevoy, Kutaisi, Martan, Penza, Sadovy, Saratov, Suzdal, Chernomorsky, Shabano-Thamakhinsky.
• Since November 16, 1924, the region has been part of the North Caucasus Territory, since January 10, 1934 - part of the Azov-Black Sea Territory.
• Since September 13, 1937, the Goryacheklyuchevsky district
  is part of the Krasnodar Territory.
• On February 11, 1963, the Goryacheklyuchevsky district
  was abolished, the Goryacheklyuchevsky and Kutaisi village councils became part of the Apsheronsky industrial region, and all village councils became part of the Belorechensky district.

Natasha fell behind only when she was told that there would be pineapple. Champagne was served before the ice cream. The music started playing again, the count kissed the countess, and the guests stood up and congratulated the countess, clinking glasses across the table with the count, the children, and each other. Waiters ran in again, chairs rattled, and in the same order, but with redder faces, the guests returned to the drawing room and the count’s office. Boris, come here,” Natasha said. - Where is Sonya? She looked around and, seeing that her friend was not in the room, ran after her. Running into Sonya’s room and not finding her friend there, Natasha ran into the nursery - and Sonya was not there. Natasha realized that Sonya was in the corridor on the chest. The chest in the corridor was the place of sorrow for the younger female generation of the Rostov house. Indeed, Sonya in her airy pink dress, crushing it, lay face down on her nanny’s dirty striped feather bed, on the chest and, covering her face with her fingers, cried bitterly, shaking her bare shoulders. Natasha's face, animated, having had a birthday all day, suddenly changed: her eyes stopped, then her wide neck shuddered, the corners of her lips drooped. - Sonya! what are you?... Having gathered her strength, Sonya stood up, began to wipe away her tears and tell the story.

Districts of Goryachiy Klyuch

Hot Key can be divided into several areas and each of them has its own positive and negative sides.

Zarechye

This is one of the oldest areas of the city; here you can find houses dating back to the 19th century. This area cannot be called popular among buyers since it is separated from the main city by railway tracks with a crossing, a river and a highway. But the advantage of this area is that it is closer to the sea and Krasnodar, and real estate prices are lower. The city center (market) can be reached via a suspension bridge and can be reached in 20 minutes. Gas was installed in this area in 2010.

We do not recommend the area for families with schoolchildren, because children need to cross the railway and the federal highway. There is no kindergarten or school in the area.

Fork

Located on the north-eastern side of the city. Recently, this area has seen the most active modern low-rise development. It is on Razvilka that there are the most houses for sale. The infrastructure in this area is fully developed - there is a school, a kindergarten, minibuses, and you can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Also on Razvilka there is gas almost everywhere, and the roads are paved. Sewerage is being installed. Another advantage of this area is that you can buy plots bordering the forest.

This area has the cheapest land for private construction. In the Razvilka area, construction of five-story buildings is also underway by the local developer Terem. A kindergarten was recently built.

The area can be highly recommended for retirees and those who want to save money on buying land.

Area "Sanatoriums"

This area, mainly due to old habit, is considered the most prestigious. For those who want to start a business related to holiday homes or sanatoriums, this is the most convenient place locally. The area is the most well maintained. There are many sanatoriums, private holiday homes, and nearby there is a water gallery with unique mineral water. The place is beautiful, there are all communications. Because of this, real estate prices are the most expensive here.

Near the sanatorium you can buy land for 1 million per hundred square meters.

"Chepurkova Mountain"

Mountain is, of course, a strong word, in fact it is a flat hill that rises 30-40 meters, from this mountain a very beautiful view of the city opens. The Gorny sanatorium was built in this area. One of the main advantages of this place is that, thanks to the slopes, it is drier, since the peculiarity of the local soils is such that the clay is very close to the surface and after winter and spring rains, a thin layer of upper soil is saturated with water.

"District of Administration"

The Administration area is considered the city center. This area is built up mainly with multi-storey buildings; there are not many plots for sale.

In 2014, a nine-story building called “Terem” was built in the administration area.

City Hospital area.

The city hospital is located on the mountain in close proximity to the convoy. The N4 bus goes to this area. Near the hospital there are dachas and a steep village of cottages. The mountain offers a magnificent view of the city.

It's hard to recommend this area to those who like to walk. There are no sidewalks, and there are few people willing to walk in these places. The area is located far from schools and kindergartens. Therefore, children will need to be transported either by car or by public transport.

"Booth-2" and dachas

This is a holiday village, which is located near a forest between the city of Goryachiy Klyuch and the village of Saratovskaya. In close proximity to the federal highway "Don". There is water and electricity. Gas was not supplied. There is a regular bus. After the decision was made on the right of citizens to register in holiday villages, many are considering living in Budka-2 as an option.

Directly in the city of Goryachiy Klyuch itself, you can buy a dacha and register, for example, in the dacha cooperative “Kumpanova Polyana” - it is located next to the city hospital. Despite some problems related to water and electricity, this area is being actively developed. Gas is supplied to this area - there is already a station, but there is no distribution to houses yet.

Stanitsa "Saratovskaya"

The village is located 8 km. from Goryachy Klyuche towards Krasnodar. The village has schools, kindergartens, shops, a hospital, and a cultural center. The village is large and considered promising. If you want to purchase a large plot, then this village is perfect for you (plots from 10 to 20 acres).

In Saratovskaya you can buy a plot of 10 acres for 1 million rubles.

The houses are mostly one-story; a lot of dilapidated housing is sold. Also in the village there is a large cottage area “New Plans”, which is being actively developed. Gas is supplied to a large part of the village.

Saratovskaya, in general, is a village. However, many also consider Goryachiy Klyuch a village - and they are right, the city began to develop in the 1990s.

Pyatigorskaya village and Mirny village

A very picturesque place, near a forest and a river. Located 7 km. from Goryachiy Klyuch, near the M-4 highway towards the sea. Gas is still in the project. These villages are also actively being built up. This place is most suitable for those who love a quiet and peaceful life.

One of the difficulties that awaits buyers in Pyaigorskaya is that the population is not entirely Russian-speaking. However, there are bad people, not bad nations.

I know several families who bought housing in these villages - they all consider the national issue far-fetched.

There is a school and a kindergarten in the villages. There is a bus to Goryachiy Klyuch.

The village of Bezymyanoye and Fanagoriyskoye.

These two villages are located south of Goryachiy Klyuch, they start from the main highway. The village of Bezymyannye itself is paved, from the fork to Fanagoriysky there is another 5 km. on a gravel road. There is a school in the village of Bezymyanny. The place is very quiet and cozy.

The streets in the village of Fanagoriyskoye are unpaved, everything looks poorer and simpler, but there is cheap land and beautiful nature.

Many dacha cooperatives are currently appearing in the Bezymyanny area. A few years will pass and the place will change.

Village "Pervomaisky"

The village is located 10 km northeast of the city of Goryachiy Klyuch. In the village there is a school, a cultural center, a kindergarten, a security service, and shops. The main roads are paved. There are several apartment buildings. Nearby there is a forest, a lake, a river. Gas has been installed. Nearby there are such villages as Chernomorskaya, Kutaisskaya and Saratovskaya.

A great place for retirees and people who don’t like fuss.

The infrastructure of Pervomaisky was inherited from the military unit, which has been located here since the times of the USSR.

Stanitsa Kutaisskaya

More recently, it was an abandoned village; it is located in a forest foothill zone, 12 km away. east of the city of Goryachiy Klyuch. Residents of Krasnodar use it for country life. In the village of Kutaisskaya, many high-quality houses have been built recently. The village has gas, network water, electricity and telephone. Nearby there is a river, forest and lake. You can fish, pick mushrooms and berries.

You can also buy plots for 500 tr for 5 acres. Prices are rising.
