Visible. “Old Town” Place and time in the city space

Vidnoye is one of the few cities in the immediate Moscow region whose transport accessibility in the near future does not raise concerns. The portal KVARTIRAzaMKAD.ru evaluates the level of comfort of the city

The city of Vidnoye received its present name in 1902 due to the fact that it is located on a hill. And so far it lives up to its name: in 2006, Rosstroy recognized it as the most comfortable city in Russia (with a population of less than 100 thousand people).

The city looks so beautiful in the evening

How much he will be able to confirm his reputation in the future is still a question, since he will have to compete in a different weight category: after all, the entire Leninsky district will soon become a city district - Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov announced this on November 11, 2015. Thus, the following villages will join Vidnoye: Aparinki, Dydyldino, Tabolovo, Tarychevo, Spasskoye, the village of Ermolino and the village of Leninsky.

A stone in honor of the founding of the city was installed in September 1995.

So far, according to official statistics, 62,355 people live in Vidnoye. The draft master plan for the city provides for the construction of kindergartens for 3,685 places and about 10 thousand additional places will be created for schoolchildren. The city should also have several physical culture and health centers, with a total capacity of 700 people, as well as a large center for additional education with 1,000 seats.

Ecology

Development of Vidny was given by the construction of a coke and gas plant, which began in the pre-war years. Now it still works successfully together with such enterprises as Mostransgaz, Mosmek, Mosrentgen, Gypsobeton, etc. The industrialization of the city is the cause of an unfavorable environmental situation: polluted air spoils the lungs of its residents.

And yet Vidnoye is not the worst place in the Moscow region. There are many green streets here, there are no large landfills, incinerators, radioactive burial sites, or noisy highways. There are many parks in Vidnoye: Timokhovsky, Zhukovsky, Ermolinsky, Raduzhny, the city Vidnovsky park and the large Vidnovsky forest park.

Prominent boasts many city parks

In addition, there are a huge number of small reservoirs, which makes the city even more attractive: Maly Tarychevsky Pond and Hilly Stream, Tim Stream, Eriginsky Stream, Kupelinka River, Tabolovsky and Pugovichinsky Ponds.

Kupelinka River

However, emissions from coke significantly poison the lives of Vidnovtsy residents. It looks like this: a white and sometimes black cloud comes out of the pipes of the plant, and the wind carries this strip towards Moscow - if so, then this is a joy for the local residents. Otherwise, the smell of hydrogen sulfide will seriously spoil your life.

Signatures for the closure of hazardous production with worn-out treatment equipment, of course, are being collected, along with curses that local residents release against the plant itself and those who condone its closure, but the plant is still there, and the air, land and water continue to be replenished with toxins .

Restaurant "Timokhovo-Salazkino"

On the territory of the Timokhovo-Salazkino park and estate complex there is a unique restaurant that creates a cozy and warm atmosphere. The restaurant's interior is suitable for any age: all conditions have been created here both for older people and for families with children.

The restaurant often hosts various promotions; here you can taste quality dishes with good discounts.

In addition to the restaurant, the estate also has an unusual cafe with an interesting name - “Library”. Here every visitor can plunge into the atmosphere of wonderful stories, while enjoying delicious coffee and the freshest desserts.

The cafe offers not only a large selection of drinks and desserts, but also a huge number of interesting books.

Transport infrastructure

Vidnoye is located just four kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, which makes it easily accessible for Muscovites. You can get to the city in about 35 minutes by trains "Moscow - Uzunovo", "Moscow - Barybino", "Moscow - Domodedovo", "Moscow - Ozherelye", "Moscow - Mikhnevo" and "Moscow - Kashira", which go from Paveletsky station.

From the Domodedovskaya metro station, buses No. 471 and No. 364 go towards Vidnoye; without traffic jams you can get there in 25 minutes. From the Kantemirovskaya metro station take bus No. 489. Another option is the Moscow - Domodedovo route, which departs from the Shchelkovo bus station.

But of course, it is optimal to drive a personal car from the Moscow Ring Road along the Warsaw Highway. You can also drive along the Kashirskoye Highway until you turn at the sign “Tabolovo/Vidnoe”, and again the path will go along the Varshavskoye Highway. If circumstances are favorable, the journey from the Moscow Ring Road will take 15 minutes.

The city's transport prospects are the brightest. The authorities of the Moscow region promise to make the Solntsevo-Butovo-Vidnoye road part of the Moscow region backup of the MKAD. The 6-lane highway with transport interchanges will pass through 4 outbound highways. Construction began in April 2016, and currently about a fifth of the route is ready. The work is planned to be fully completed in 2022, reports stroy.mos.ru

Infrastructure

The Moscow Regional Socio-Economic Institute and the Moskovia Vocational College operate in Vidnoye. At the moment, there are 10 operating schools, 1 gymnasium, which is generally very difficult to get into, 1 more school is under construction, and the Russian School education center is operating.

Children's art school in Vidnoye

The situation with kindergartens in the city is the same as in many places in the Moscow region: there is an acute shortage of them. Therefore, some take their children to kindergartens in Moscow - for example, in Biryulyovo, while others use the option of a private kindergarten. And this: d/s “Barbarisych” on the street. Berezovaya, 3; d/c "Gornitsa-Uzornitsa", st. Olkhovaya, 6; d/s "Gulliver" in Sukhanovo Park; d/c "Nadezhda" on the street. Stroitelnaya, 15; d/c "Fairytale House" in the microdistrict. Zavidnoye (Ermolino, 65b); d/c "Topa" (Leninsky district, cottage village Yuzhnye Gorki 1, building No. 3). The downside is the lack of their own territory for walking, for which the teachers use the yards adjacent to the kindergarten. Cost – from 20 thousand per month.

In terms of sports infrastructure, the city is developed: there is the Vidnoye Sports Palace, the Arktika Ice Palace, the Metallurg football stadium, as well as a swimming pool and several small sports clubs for children and teenagers. Plus, there is a women's basketball club here - the champion of Russia, the Euroleague winner of the European Cup and Super Cup. The hockey team “Metallurg” is also famous, and there is a football club of the same name with the city.

Sports Palace in Vidnoye

There are many shopping centers in the city, most of which are located in the eastern part of the city: shopping center “Vidnoe”, “Kurs”, “UniverMAK”, “Red Stone”, etc. Some are in old one- and two-story old buildings.

TC KURS

By the beginning of 2022, near the village of Bobrovo (which, however, should not be part of Vidnoye, but is located nearby), a trade cluster with a total area of about 60 thousand square meters will be built on 20 hectares. m. The consequences of this decision can be both positive and negative: on the one hand, it is assumed that the number of jobs will increase - they say that it will reach 1500, which is not bad (even if they are designed for mid- and lower-level specialists), and on the other hand, the load on the Simferopol highway will increase. They promise, however, to build a backup highway, but when and how this will happen, and whether the backup will solve the load on the highway is unclear.

By the way, the jobs in the city itself are not great. According to the federal personnel portal hh.ru, as of the end of October 2016, only 28 vacancies were open in Vidnoye, of which 23 vacancies with a salary of 30 to 40 thousand rubles. per month, mainly in the field of trade and warehouses.

The main medical institution of the city is the Vidnovskaya Regional Clinical Hospital, where there is a hospital with 521 beds, a clinic for children and adults, a dental clinic, a clinical hospital, and a medical aid station. At the entrance to the city there is a decent maternity hospital. However, the queues are terrible everywhere. Again, as with kindergartens, there are many small private clinics to compensate. It’s good that another clinic for children and adults opened in Butovo-Park in Bulatnikovsky in 2016

The Church of St. George the Victorious was founded in 2004 and opened in 2007.

Attractions:

  • The Sukhanovo estate, located on Rastorguevskoye Highway, is a monument of Russian classicism of the 17th century. Now it looks, frankly, so-so, because it needs restoration.
  • The Assumption Church was rebuilt from a small church in honor of the victory over the Swedes. After the revolution it was looted and used as a storage facility. It returned its status in the 90s of the 20th century and is now a functioning temple.
  • St. Catherine's Monastery was founded by Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich Romanov on the site where St. Great Martyr Catherine appeared to him with a prediction of the birth of a daughter. During Soviet times, one of the Gulag prisons was located here.
  • In the city itself there is a historical and cultural center with excavations of ancient burials - it is quite small.

The new “point of attraction” of the city of Vidnoye is the fountain with the “Winner” monument, opened on Victory Day in 2002

Estate "Timokhovo-Salazkino"

More than 200 years ago, the Timokhovo-Salazkino estate was built, which today is one of the most famous attractions of the town of Vidnoye near Moscow. The estate is considered a real precious pearl, because it is the only one preserved in the city since the 19th century.

Information about the Timokhovo-Salazkino estate on the official website

The famous Timokhovsky Rows are located on the territory of the estate. Previously, they served as shopping arcades, but now they are a unique place where a food hall and a farmers market harmoniously combine. The food hall offers delicious dishes and drinks from various cuisines of the world: Oriental, Asian and others. Food here is prepared in cauldrons and on grills, in a tandoor and a traditional Italian oven. At the market you can buy high-quality farm products brought here not only from different cities of the Moscow region, but also from other cities in Russia, as well as from the CIS countries.

Various thematic events are constantly held on the territory of Timokhovsky Rows. Home delivery of groceries is also organized here. Families with children and groups of friends often come here to relax and eat delicious food together.

City districts and secondary housing stock

The railway divides the city into two parts: eastern (high-rise buildings) and western, with the second formed on the site of former dachas.

Shkolnaya street in the old part of Vidnoye

The old part of the city is Shkolnaya, Zavodskaya, Gaevskogo, Sadovaya, Lemeshko streets - they appeared during the construction of the coke and gas plant. Then, in the 70s and later, the city became disordered, so you can see a mix of 5-story and 12-story buildings. There is an official division into microdistricts, but local residents do not really adhere to it - the names are too boring: first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth.

Most of the city is built up with standard houses

The new part of the city consists of larger, in comparison with the historical, microdistricts, which are called by the name of the residential complex: Zavidnoye, Eco Vidnoye, Butovo Park (along Rastorguevskoye Highway), etc. They are being built on the former lands of the collective farm named after. Lenin, which at one time were sown with corn, oats, and potatoes. And now the city has taken the land and former fields and transferred it for construction.

The western part of the city is predominantly a private sector, but there are also small microdistricts with two-, three-, and five-story buildings located on Petrovsky and Spassky passages.

As Vidnovskaya real estate expert Oleg Pugachev explains, the old housing stock there dates back to the 40s and 50s. buildings, some even have wooden floors. This area is not in demand due to transport links - after 21-00 buses do not run, people get there either by their own cars or on foot.

The “Old Town” was built in the 50s according to the Baltic (or German - few people remember exactly) project. It is possible that it was also costed by captured Germans, but this has not been documented. On the street Zavodskoy - 3-storey brick houses with good layouts for those times: for example, “kopeck apartments” with an area of 58 square meters. m with kitchens of 9.5 sq. m. The house has 12 apartments. There are lovers of such apartments, says Oleg Pugachev.

Another remarkable type of secondary real estate in Vidnoye is “townhouses” built in the 50s - these are houses from 4 to 6 storey apartments with land plots officially owned by the city, 12-15 acres of land per such house. Unofficially, 2-4 acres are allocated per apartment. Vidnovka residents build sheds, garages and even bathhouses on their local areas! There are driveways for cars, and some have apple trees and playgrounds.

Basically, the market chooses such apartments - they used to be communal and not prestigious. The area of a “kopeck piece” in such a house is 55-56 sq.m., there are practically no “three-room apartments”, and 4-room apartments can even be two or three floors, with an attic floor - the footage itself is about 100 sq.m. During repairs, it is possible to add another 15 sq. m of cold rooms - upper floors. The result is 130 sq. m of area - practically your home in the center. Without renovation, such apartments cost from 10 million rubles; with renovation, the price tag is significantly higher: 15 and even 20 million rubles, because such supply is limited.

The houses in the city center are old, but it’s not for nothing that the city is called comfortable

Cheaper apartments are located, according to the expert, in 16-story buildings on the street. Lemeshko, Rastorguevskaya and Tsentralnaya streets, inexpensive new houses in the Eco-Vidnoe and Yuzhnoye Vidnoe projects.

Residential complex "Eco-Vidnoe" and kindergarten "Kolobok"

But here are interesting offers in houses built, which were built a lot in Vidnoye. The houses are finished with ventilated facades, apartments with large footage - one-room apartments start from 46 sq. m. m, quite high-quality entrances with concierges. Apartments of such different levels and prices may be located next to each other, which emphasizes the heterogeneous nature of Vidnovsky residential development.

It stands out in a good way against the background of the general offer and microdistrict. Sunny, consisting of 7 houses on the bank of a ravine: there are pine trees, transport accessibility.

The average figures are as follows: as of November 14, 2016, the average price per square meter of an apartment on the secondary market in the city of Vidnoye is 100,018 rubles. The average price for apartments in the city of Vidnoye is 5,619,328 rubles, which is 11.95% higher than the average market price of apartments on the secondary market in the Moscow region (671,501 rubles).

As Oleg Pugachev comments, real transactions still differ in value from the average data: for example, a one-room apartment in residential condition with an area of 32 square meters. m was recently sold for 2.7 million rubles, and a two-room apartment with an area of 72 sq.m. - for 7 million rubles.

The most expensive option in the city is offered in a building located next to the city administration. It has undergone a designer renovation, the cost of the offer is 22 million rubles. A comparison of the cadastral value and the actual asking price of real estate shows that the Western and, possibly, central regions are now becoming cheaper.

For example, on the street. Zavodskaya is selling a two-room apartment in a Stalinist building in the historical center of the city. The stated price is RUB 91,820. per sq. m. At the same time, the cadastral value is 83,961 rubles. per sq.m. This is approximately the same picture with the house on the street. Soviet. The declared price is 125 thousand rubles/sq.m. m. Cadastral value – 95,020 rubles. sq m

But in the Zavidovo residential complex the cadastral value is 70,998 rubles/sq.m. m, and the sale price is almost 40% higher - 111,608 rubles / sq. m. m. That is, gradually old real estate against the backdrop of rapidly growing new houses becomes outdated and loses its relevance before our eyes.

Story

The history of the Timokhovo-Salazkino estate is unique. It began back in the days when princes from the ancient Romodanovsky family lived here. At the end of the 18th century, vast fields stretched out on the site of the modern estate in the village of Timokhovo. The first building appeared here at the beginning of the 19th century. In 1812, on the territory of the future estate, a 2-story stone house was erected, around which various outbuildings were built.

In 1881, the estate changed owners, who immediately rebuilt the farmstead. Later in the 1900s, the estate became the property of the merchant Salazkin, and until 1917 its owner was the entrepreneur’s wife. After the revolution, a club, a pioneer camp, various sections and much more functioned here.

For many years, the buildings of the estate changed their owners, passing from hand to hand, until finally the complex was restored and the park was tidied up.

New buildings

As of October 2016, 11 projects with 2,900 apartments being sold were presented in the city. The average cost of a square space is 86.3 thousand rubles/sq.m. m. The price showed positive annual dynamics relative to the same period by approximately 8%.

The following changes occurred in the structure of supply on the primary market of Vidnoye over the year: the volume of supply increased by 0.5%, the volume of economy class supply decreased by 62%, and the volume of comfort class supply also decreased by 9%.

In the distribution by class, over the year the price increase was noted in the comfort class – by 10%. In business class the price decreased by 6%, in economy class by 8%.

Source: Est-a-tet

“It is worth noting that over the year the primary market of the city of Vidnoye has been replenished due to the release of two new projects – the residential complex “Eco Vidnoye 2.0” and the residential complex “Vidny Gorod”. The bulk of the supply in the city’s primary market was represented by monolithic-brick comfort-class houses - 80%, the share of new economy-class buildings was 16%, business class accounted for 5%,” notes Yulia Sapor, head of the Est-a Analytical and Consulting Center -Tet.

Only 12 projects are presented on the primary market of the city of Vidnoye. The mass segment predominates, the business class is represented by one project - RastorguevoVillage.

If we consider the weighted average price for a location depending on the number of rooms, we obtain the following data:

  • 1-room apartments - 97.5 thousand rubles/sq.m. m;
  • 2-room apartments - 89.7 thousand rubles/sq.m. m;
  • 3-room apartments - 84.3 thousand rubles/sq.m. m.

Moreover, if we consider the weighted average price depending on the segment, the data is as follows:

  • Economy - 82.3 thousand rubles/sq.m. m;
  • Comfort — 93.0 thousand rubles/sq.m. m:
  • Business — 78.1 thousand rubles/sq.m. m.

“The price in the “business” segment is lower than in the “comfort” segment, which is explained by two reasons: only 1 project is being implemented on the market in this segment and it involves apartments, and also by the fact that the developer does not raise the price due to numerous postponements commissioning,” explains the low cost of the higher segment, Georgy Novikov, head of the analytics and consulting department.

Among the new buildings presented, the most interesting projects can be identified. Firstly, this is Rastorguevo Village, which, despite the delay in delivery of the facility (and they were recently postponed again - now to the 3rd quarter of 2022), has a number of advantages: a sports and fitness complex, tennis courts, above-ground and underground parking.

Rastorguevo Village, in fact, is a club village with underground parking and a courtyard without cars. The advantages include the height of the complex, limited to 6 floors, and very good layouts, facade solutions that combine wood finishing with glazed “floor-to-ceiling” balconies and a fully glazed upper floor.

The downside is that legally it is an apartment complex, which excludes registration in it, increases operating payments and the opportunity to take a child to a municipal kindergarten or school, as well as receive medical care in local non-profit hospitals and clinics. However, with a stable financial situation, of course, it is possible to make up for these shortcomings in Vidnoye’s commercial establishments.

Building 1 of Rastorguevo Village is almost completed, September 2016.

Secondly, another interesting project is the Vidny Gorod residential complex from Urbangroup with original architecture and a large number of layout options, as well as the presence of several finishing options. The fact that this is one of the most interesting projects in the location is confirmed by the high sales rates.

Residential complex "Vidny Gorod" is under construction

Further, the most interesting terms of purchase are from the Yuzhnoye Vidnoe residential complex (developer - RDI).

  • “Gifts for visiting”: everyone who comes to the sales office on weekends receives certificates from Hoff for 50,000 rubles and the Tehnopark store for 10,000 rubles.
  • Daily apartment auction: the essence of the promotion is as follows - every day several apartments with a declared minimum price appear on the project website. Everyone can offer their own price, and the one who offers the most wins.
  • There are individual discounts at the sales office - up to 540,000 rubles, a discount of 50,000 rubles. relatives, 30,000 rubles. friends of the residents of the complex.
  • Discount for military mortgages to clients 1%.
  • Interest-free installment plan for 6 months with 50% payment (monthly or quarterly repayment).
  • Installment plan at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) for any period with an installment of 30%.
  • Exchange of an apartment for a townhouse in the “South Valley” with an additional payment.
  • Sale of apartments under the state housing certificate.

And finally, the premiere of the fall was the Eco Vidnoye 2.0 complex, which is a logical continuation of the Eco Vidnoye microdistrict, which was put into operation.

Residential complex Eco Vidnoe

The complex with a total area of 300,000 sq. m consists of six buildings of variable number of floors (10-17 floors) with studio apartments, one- and multi-room apartments.

Landscaped embankment of the Kupelinka River

A big plus is the presence of its own embankment and landscaped area, which the developer will implement according to the European premium class concept. Courtyards without cars, sports and playgrounds, schools and preschool educational institutions, shops and cafes, plus a good view from the apartments and access to the Moscow Ring Road - all these elements of the project can be recommended for purchase. Prices start from RUR 69,700/sq.m. m, apartments from 2 million rubles.

People, tell me where in our Moscow and Moscow region it’s good now???!!!! At least you yourself read what you write) You live right there yourself) Why don’t you move to where it’s good? Do you know why? Because everywhere everything is the same and in every city close to Moscow, and even in Moscow itself there is no cleanliness) It is clean in the mornings, when the wipers clean, but by the evening we ourselves, and nature itself (dust, dirt, rotten leaves) are all they'll make a mess)

That's where you'll inhale. The Don will seem like an oxygen pillow. And if Vidnoye is the worst city for you... well, go home. What are you doing here?

Good afternoon We rent an apartment in Vidnoye on Leninsky Komsomol Avenue. I would like to say a few words about this city. I can honestly say that this is one of the worst cities in the Moscow region, and in general, that we have seen. Horrible architecture with colorful new buildings and everyone’s “favorite” Khrushchev buildings. Complete non-compliance with any style, by the way, “they were cobbled together from what was.” There are only industrial zones around, polluting the air. There is a forest park in the city, about a kilometer of the road is paved, and the rest of the territory does not inspire much confidence, plus there is a mental hospital nearby. Traffic jams are constant, especially everywhere along the M4 highway. I would like to mention the population. Since we live in the old area, most of us here are those who have lived almost their entire lives. HORROR! You can’t even imagine the level of drunks per square meter. They drink and smoke on playgrounds, every time there are handfuls of seeds and garbage, children shout obscenities. What kind of upbringing can we talk about if we follow the example of our parents? There are a lot of homeless people drinking and living on the streets. This was the first time we encountered such a scale. Of course, it’s different from one yard to another, but I’m describing exactly what’s in front of my eyes) Of the advantages, I’d probably highlight the proximity to Moscow. In Vidnoye itself there is basically nowhere to go, it’s better to get to the capital, plus Crocus City on the Moscow Ring Road

Local residents protect their city. Drunks... where are they not? But the newcomers hung up their bast shoes at the semaphore and became locals. There are no sidewalks for them, strollers are taken from stores and thrown near houses, and their offspring ride on them. The lilacs have bloomed, you almost have to tear out the bush by the roots, but you can’t make a remark... they’ll call you obscenities. The seeds are spit where they sit on benches with their feet on the seat and sit on the back. So don't blame the locals. Do you have nowhere to go? Crocus CITY is needed... well, rent an apartment near the Kremlin.

I was born and raised in the city of Vidnoye, lived there 24 continuously. It has always been a wonderful city. Green, quiet, calm, measured. Well, then these fucking new buildings began to be built. The filthy capitalist scum, and the city leadership, accordingly, too, began to line their pockets through lawlessness. And people from different territories of Russia began to come to these new buildings. When you bought apartments, did you look at what was what? The freaks built anthills, and you joyfully and cheerfully moved into them. Now you’re complaining, that’s not true, that’s not true. And now there is not much joy for the indigenous people, and it is difficult and uncomfortable for you yourself. Until there were these new anthills, we never had traffic jams in our city. NEVER. So everyone is good, as they say. And the official, and the developers, and you yourself, those who came to live in these new wonderful anthills.

What kind of authorities, such is the ecology. If the authorities behave like pigs, then what to expect? A specific example. There was a concert of Leps, in the room where Leps and his team ate food, everything was clean and tidy, everything was cleaned up after themselves. But where they ate ( I can’t find another word) management and their wives. complete SHIT... napkins are dirty on the floor, the table is dirty with snacks... pigs in a word. So, don’t complain, you chose it yourself.

I don’t know if they’ve already moved or not, but I’m from Vidnoye and decided to write, in case it helps) we moved there from Moscow 2 years ago (we bought an apartment), we really like the city itself and the infrastructure - everyone told us that it’s the best place to live with children , walk). There are a lot of buildings now, and in addition to the Green Alleys, the city is developing. True, in new areas (such as the 6th microdistrict) there is a problem with parking, so you need to go and see what’s around or take an underground one along with the apartment. Everyone around us also tells us that the maternity hospital is very good, people come to it from many cities in Moscow Region. Getting there is convenient for us - car, bus, train. If you ask anything)

I have been living in this “city” for 15 years. Now it’s even difficult to say what it is... Developers and the government are only thinking about their pockets, how to rip off more from people (in new areas there are no designated parking spaces, it’s impossible to get to the center or Moscow, especially in the morning, and especially by public transport) . By the way, about public transport. If you want to see what hell on earth looks like, then welcome from 6 am to 4 pm on buses and minibuses that go from Zavidnaya 24 to the metro. There is no ecology, it either stinks of a coke and gas plant or a pond behind the 6th microdistrict. In an adult hospital they send you directly, they say that they are not able to treat you, or, in principle, there are no doctors that you need. In schools, teachers require self-education (well, as in all schools in Russia). This is such a “beautiful” city

You should be proud, YOU ALL ARE PROMINENT PEOPLE. Please tell me which bus route from Domodedovskaya metro station stops at Staronagornaya street. d.20.

I live in Rastorguevo, it’s impossible to sleep both in winter and in summer, there’s a terrible stench in the air, traffic jams on the Moscow Ring Road and the Rostov-Don highway in the city, you can’t get through, you can’t get through everyone, they’re touted to have cheap apartments for children, there are no kindergartens and schools, an ambulance takes you to the city of Domodedovo, people think 100 times, do you need this city

A green city near Moscow, close to Moscow. Schools, kindergartens and a clinic will soon appear. If you invest in a new building, you need to be prepared to endure inconvenience for several years, not all at once. And Vegas is also nearby, where many entertainment events take place.

Andrey

ECOLOGY IS HARD!!! Every night it stinks of burnt plastic from landfills + coke and gas plant + exhausts HORROR IMPOSSIBLE TO LIVE traffic jams 2 hours to leave in the morning THIS IS HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!

E

I live in enviable 1. Who knows what that smell is in the yard at night? Where is he from ? It is impossible to open the window and ventilate the room before going to bed. The house is filled with this strange smell. Looks a little like gas, but not gas... as if chemicals were spilled on the street

I’ve been living in this city since 1996. Well, what can I say, the city is like a city. It’s quite easy to get to Moscow. In the morning (at 7 a.m.) it takes 15-25 minutes to get to Moscow by bus (to metro stations Domodedovskaya, Kantemirovskaya), I wouldn’t say, that the Moscow-Don highway is clogged, apparently whoever considers it to be clogged did not drive along the Shchelkovsky, Gorkovsky, Yaroslavl highways. The city is actively being built up, but kindergartens and schools are practically not being built, since 1991 only one new garden and one new school have been built. So, you yourself you understand what kind of queues there are and how packed the classrooms are. In April 2010, the queue for the kindergarten exceeded 2 thousand, many only get a place in the kindergarten at the age of 6. I think the children's clinic is like everywhere else, no worse and no better, the building is relatively new, there are doctors , but there are also a lot of people. With my child I only go there to see the pediatrician and get vaccinations. The ecology is so-so, there is a coke and gas and gypsum concrete plant there. Almost all the new buildings are on the outskirts (residential complex, Berezovaya, Alder), before there was an open field there, The rainbow residential complex is actually located slightly in a ravine, next to former swamps

Theona

Good afternoon We bought an apartment on Zavidnaya Street. I have no strength anymore from the traffic jams, I’m just hysterical every morning. Tell me what time it is better to leave this “wonderful” place in the morning in order to leave it faster. We'll have to sell the apartment; it's simply impossible to live here.

I’ve been to Vidnoye several more times, and to be honest, I’ve already appreciated the city. Everything is civil, both in the old part and in the new one. I especially liked the place where Timokhovsky Pond, the Walk of Glory and St. George's Church are located.

We moved at the end of November 2022, what can I say, the city seemed quiet and calm (although summer has not yet begun... I hope the impression will not spoil..), although we live on Sovetskaya in a Khrushchev-era building. My son and I walked around the new buildings, where there are eco-friendly small playgrounds around the house, and the kids are running around like “ants in an anthill.” But in order to turn off the PLC and walk along Berezovaya, you need to have an excellent nervous system, because... you walk with your child and think, either they will let you through at the pedestrian crossing, or not... especially arrogant taxi drivers, they may not let you through. They also built green alleys in the residential complex, the playgrounds are small and if all the children were walking and left at the same time, they would not fit in. In the Solnechny residential complex there are huge playgrounds and paths for pedestrians and there are a lot of them! Well done designers! Gardens?? Yes, there are many of them, but there are even more children!!! For the kindergarten you need a registration, so they won’t take it, if you don’t have it, then you go to D.S. - a Russian school, there for 27 thousand a month they will supposedly look after the child, but no matter how many times you pass by, the teachers are separate, the children are separate! How so? What are they paying you 27 thousand for? For renting a room??? Also the Constellation kindergarten for 29 thousand + 20 thousand for some fee, it seems they will take it once, but then who knows... That’s where these prices for gardens come from??? In Vidnoye, does everyone get 150-200 thousand???? In Moscow, women go to work for 60 thousand, who earns more??? There are only a few of them!!! And you need acquaintances to get a job with a big salary, Moscow is a big village, where everything is based on acquaintance, just like everywhere else in the country!!!! In Vidnoye, it’s difficult for a woman to earn more than 35-45 thousand rubles, and if minus the paid kindergarten 27-29 thousand, then there will be nothing left!

Rina

Living in Vidnoye becomes more and more difficult every year due to the insane mass development towards the square. Kalinina (microdistrict Krasny Kamen, Raduzhny, Eco Vidnoye Yuzhnoye Vidnoye, etc.). The city cannot withstand such a load on communications; it is not expensively designed for the departure of such a number of people and cars. Someone made a lot of money from these developments, but these investors don’t really care about the conditions in which people will live in these new buildings. They wrote here that there are many kindergartens in Vidnoye, so why did my grandson, who was put on a waiting list for a place in kindergarten when he was 7 days old, go to kindergarten at 3 years 9 months? There are not enough places!!! Do you know how many children are in the group? 40 people! This is madness. The children are constantly getting sick, the mother had to quit her job because... there is no one to look after the child. The same is true with clinics. It's a pity that they ruined such a good city, and continue to spoil it further. For someone's profit.

Advantages:

Cozy, calm, beautiful

Flaws:

there are a lot of traffic jams

I was born and live in this beautiful dialect of the Moscow region, Leninsky district, Vidnoye.

The city used to be small, but today it is getting bigger and bigger, new neighborhoods, gardens, and schools are appearing.

The city has a cinema "Iskra", a shopping center, a children's playground, cafes and restaurants, and much more. The air here is clean, quiet and calm compared to Moscow.

A very beautiful, well-kept town that is getting better over time.

This year our city turns 50 years old!!! And the population of the city increased greatly during this time.

Galina

I’ve been living here for 3 years. Traffic jams, big problem, bus 471, where they bought it, it’s just a shame. And why didn’t they build a sewer system in the new Kupelinka district, it’s just nonsense.

The city is not bad, conveniently located 20 minutes by train to Paveletskaya! There are traffic jams, but where are they not? There are all sorts of swimming pools, sports complexes, shops - everything is new! but there are problems with kindergartens, probably there are not enough places in schools, a friend got a place in kindergarten only now. And they got on the waiting list right after the child was born in 2008

Ivan

Visibly, this is complete trash!!!!

But they transferred cardiology to Domodedovo, where infectious diseases and urology were transferred, try to bring up how many people have already died along the way with a stroke!!

Advantages:

There is a big park here

Flaws:

There are none

Conventionally, the city of Vidnoye is divided into two parts: Old Town and New Vidnoye. The latter designation appeared in connection with the development of the territory between Vidnoye and the village of Ermolino.

New Vidnoye is also called a city within a city or the 6th microdistrict. We purchased an apartment in a new building in this particular area of the city. For now, the area is just being developed.

We've been living here for 2 years. Yes, you have to get to Moscow through traffic jams every day, but I believe that this is the fate of all “Moscow region residents.” In terms of housing affordability, there really is a lot to choose from. New houses, new roads, shops, medical centers. Everything you need for a normal life is here.

Modern man (anonymous)

I don’t really like Vidnoye at all! But there are also advantages, 9 schools, there are no kindergartens, there are shopping centers, but there are also disadvantages! 1. for 5 years now they have been promising to sort out the traffic jams, but we don’t see it 2. The lack of modernity is the worst thing and I don’t like it, but I advise you to move to Kamunarka 3. EVERYTHING IS CROWDED. 4 a lot, a lot, a lot of stupid people and garbage. I pass by teenagers walking around swearing and littering. In short, this Vidnoye is BUG, move to other modern areas

Advantages:

beautiful old town, many shops, places to walk

Flaws:

traffic jams, traffic jams, traffic jams, congestion of transport, roads, clinics, schools, gardens, etc.

Today I want to talk about the beautiful city of the Moscow region - the city of Vidnoye.

It is located 5 km from the Moscow Ring Road, along the Don highway (M 4).

I always dreamed of living there, I was incredibly happy with the low-rise buildings on Shkolnaya Street, the peace and quiet of the city. A site near the sports complex, where car lovers gathered in the evenings and just young people made appointments, barbecued and had fun. Quiet roads, squares where you can stroll and in general it was a fairy tale city.

But then all this splendor came to an end. And the reason was the total development of all the fields around the city. It all started with microdistrict 6, then Zavidnoye, then Eco Vidnoye, Birch Alleys, Colors of Life... this list of new residential complexes can be continued for a long time.

Everything would be fine, but the roads remained the same and not a trace remained of the clean, quiet, calm town. The whole city is one continuous traffic jam. You can’t leave in the morning, you can’t stop by in the evening. Especially on Berezovaya Street, you can spend from half an hour to an hour of your precious time to leave the area in the morning. It would seem that there are trains, but to get to them you need to spend the same hour (if you have your own car), and if you take a bus... it’s better not to think about it at all.

The coke and gas plant also adds fuel to the fire, periodically releasing emissions into the air and when the wind is in the direction of new areas - do not open the windows, do not leave the house. The stench is so bad it hurts your eyes.

But even this, it would seem, can be survived. I will tell you about the socially significant objects of the city. There is only one municipal clinic for the entire district. And she's incredibly overloaded. If you have money, it’s better to go straight to a paid clinic. The children's clinic is overloaded. Schools and kindergartens are close to overload. The only thing that is praised is the maternity hospital; according to reviews, it is truly one of the best. There are many fitness centers, to maintain your health without using the services of clinics, there are many options for every budget.

Transport - queues and crowding.

The only thing the city has in abundance is grocery supermarkets. Wherever you go, there are grocery stores.

Yes, the city leadership has been promising for several years to make exits from new areas directly onto the M-4 highway, but these are still only plans and no actual work is being done. The condition of the asphalt pavement in general throughout the city is disgusting. The busiest street in the city is PLC with potholes, ruts, and there is no longer any living space. Will they do it? The question is rhetorical.

This is how the seemingly maximum proximity to Moscow turns out to be an illusion. To get to any metro you need to deal with quite a few traffic jams. But I still really love the old areas of the city, they are beautiful.

Rum

It is not clear who is writing positive reviews for the city of Vidnoye, it seems they are sellers of new buildings. And now, in order: I lived in Vidnoye since 1989, moved in 2015 15 km from Vidnoye further into the region (the most interesting thing is that now I get to the Moscow Ring Road 2 times faster and there are a lot more advantages compared to Vidnoye). Cons 1. Insane traffic jams, especially in winter it takes 2 hours just to get out of the city, public transport is the same, from the new microdistricts there is only one road to go to the Don M-4 highway and then to the Moscow Ring Road and there has been no solution to the problem for 5 years. 2. a huge number of new settlers with throughout Russia and the CIS, one clinic for the entire region (this is not only Vidnoye). 3. Some new houses do not have a central sewerage system (this is complete trash), and the smell of sewage has been added to the general stench from the coke-and-gas plant and car exhaust. Vidnoye, which is not at all large in area, is not intended for such a number of residents, and the proximity to Moscow is an illusion! And now about the advantages of living in Vidnoye, in my opinion at the moment there are none.

Advantages:

A well-maintained city in the Moscow region, everything for the residents.

Flaws:

Developments on the outskirts of the city

I’ve been living in this city for 18 years now, without the fuss of the eternal Moscow traffic jams. The M4 Don highway runs near the city, the city itself is located 5 km from the Moscow Ring Road, it has its own industrial zone, in this zone there is a coke-and-gas plant, but it is located at a fairly far distance from the populated area. Ecology 5 with a huge +. In the city there is a children's playground, a wonderful place where you can please your little one with heaps of attractions, there is a sports palace, the outskirts of the city are being built up with new houses with affordable mortgage prices.

Leisure.

There is a nightclub, bars, cafes, a bathhouse, a children's playground, a cinema, spa salons, hairdressers, etc. etc., whatever your heart desires, especially girls =).

Trade.

In the center of the city there is a shopping mall, on the outskirts of the city there is the “Red Stone” market, where you can find everything from carrots and beets to socks and scooters.

Ecology.

There are a lot of trees, lawns, and fountains in the city.

Studies.

Economic Institute, a lot of departments from manager to management. The city also has 9 schools and 2 colleges.

Healthcare.

The police department and fire department, located in a very suitable location, work promptly for field trips. City court, children's clinic, adult clinic, maternity hospital, morgue, cemetery - far from the populated area, kindergartens, sports clubs with various directions.

Transport.

There are trolleybuses, buses, minibuses, and electric trains.

Buses: route 471 to Domodedovskaya metro station (average time to arrival point 15 minutes without traffic jams on the Moscow Ring Road, with traffic jams usually 25 minutes). Route 489 to Kantemirovskaya metro station (average time to arrival point 20 minutes). Trolleybuses and buses run throughout the city, each with its own routes. There is also a railway station “Rastorguevo”, a branch of the Poveletsk station.

Conclusion.

A well-maintained city in the Moscow region, residential areas everywhere. It is not for nothing that about 65 thousand inhabitants live in it.

There is no need to have any illusions about the satellite cities of Moscow (5-7 km). They carry the same “vices”, and are often more contaminated. Because the capital keeps its landfills, aeration fields and production there. In Vidnoye, the coke-gas plant of local residents. In addition, although they were offended at me here for Biryulyovo, Vidnoye from Biryulyovo is through the Moscow Ring Road. And it cannot be that things are unfavorable in Biryulyovo and prosperous in Vidnoye. But all the same, pollution even within the city varies in degree. And if we proceed only from ecology, only a few cities in the Moscow region are suitable for living. Not Lyubertsy, not Khimki, not Podolsk, not Elektrostal, not Troitsk, not Domodedovo, not even Sergiev Posad (the largest disposal site for radioactive waste produced by hundreds of nuclear enterprises in Moscow and the Moscow region). Visible things don't seem to be included in this list.

Advantages:

did not find

Flaws:

boring, smelly, roads haven't been repaired for years

I was born and have lived in this city all my life. During my childhood it was actually very beautiful, especially the old part of it. Low brick houses are surrounded by greenery in the summer, and the words of the famous song come to mind:

Oh, how I want to go back

Oh, how I want to burst in...

To the town...

On our street, three houses away,

Where everything is simple and familiar...

For a day.

These words perfectly illustrate the old part of the city. There are few shops there, before there were few cars, but now, unfortunately, there are a lot of cars everywhere.

The new part of the city is strikingly different from the old, and for the worse. The city is inevitably growing. New houses are already being built in nearby villages. The high-rise buildings are strewn around rather stupidly. There is no design or beauty. The city has monuments of various themes and most of them are concentrated in one place within walking distance, which creates the feeling of a kind of dump of monuments.

There is the Church of St. George the Victorious, standing in the center of the city, incongruously surrounded by residential buildings and a wide roadway. There is also a second temple - Alexander Nevsky, which is located on the outskirts of the city.

In Vidnoye there are many kindergartens, 9 schools, children's and adult clinics, an orphanage, a maternity hospital, a hospital, a cinema, and a huge amount of catering. Shopping centers are being actively built.
