Yeysk beaches - the most complete overview, marks on the map, photos, reviews, hotels nearby

General information and history of the city

In the northeast of the Yeisk Peninsula, at the very beginning of the Yeisk Spit, there is a small urban settlement - Yeisk. A cozy seaside town with a fairly “young” history has long gained a reputation as a famous sea trading port and is far from the last place among the famous Azov resorts of Kuban.

Yeysk from a bird's eye view

At the end of the 18th century. On the picturesque shores of the Taganrog Bay of the Sea of Azov and the Yeisk estuary, formed by the mouth of the Yeya River, a fortress was built - Khan's town - conceived as a reserve residence and capital of the principality of the Crimean Khan Shagin-Girey.

In 1847, the ataman of the Black Sea Cossack army, Grigory Rasp, and Prince M. Vorontsov came up with the idea of creating a port and a city on the territory of a fortress that was already dilapidated by that time. Emperor Nicholas I liked the idea and on February 23 (March 6), 1848, the highest decree was signed: “On the Sea of Azov, within the Black Sea army, at the so-called Yeisk Spit, open a port and establish a city, which will be called the port city of Yeisk.”

The official birthday of the city is considered to be August 19 (31 according to the New Style) 1848, when the grand opening of the port city of Yeisk took place to the celebratory volleys of cannons and the roar of the Cossack orchestra of the Black Sea Army.

The temporary commander of the city under construction was Captain of the Black Sea Army Pyotr Litevsky. The first permanent mayor of Yeisk became in 1849 none other than Prince Alexander Sergeevich Golitsyn himself. Already in the first years of its existence, Yeysk began to actively develop and build up. The reason for this was the benefits provided to immigrants at first. From 2,452 inhabitants in 1848, in 10 years the population grew to 17,539 people.

Interesting fact: Yeysk can also be found on the pages of the Guinness Book of Records! There is Schmidt Street in the city, known as the widest street in the world. The most remarkable thing about it is that it is spread over two states: in Yeisk there are buildings with even numbers, and the Ukrainian Mariupol got houses with odd numbers. You can’t just cross to the other side of the street - the whole Taganrog Bay separates these sides.

Where to eat deliciously and inexpensively in Yeysk

In recent years, Yeysk has become much better in terms of public catering facilities. Excellent colorful establishments have appeared. Small cafes and fast food outlets with shawarma are still in the lead, as they offer inexpensive food. At the same time, local entrepreneurs create better conditions for tourists by opening cozy restaurants.

The resort is a real paradise for connoisseurs of Caucasian and Kuban cuisine. Restaurants serving Caucasian cuisine serve meat cooked over an open fire. In establishments with a Kuban menu you can taste borscht, stanitsa-style dumplings and, of course, the famous “farm cutlet”. Pubs with a large assortment of foaming drinks are becoming increasingly popular. Prices, as at any resort in Russia, are different. It will be expensive and not very tasty near the beach areas. So it is better to eat away from them.

Climate and ecology of Yeysk. Alarm bells

The climate of Yeisk is the same as throughout the coastal territory of the Krasnodar Territory: hot summers, warm seas, short, almost snowless winters without much frost. In mid-April, spring is already in full bloom in the city, and cold, rainy autumn comes only in October, after the sunny “Indian summer”. Rain in the warm season is rare, mainly in the form of short showers. Strong winds cause some inconvenience, but you quickly get used to them.

The local climate has a very beneficial effect on people suffering from cardiovascular, bronchopulmonary, skin diseases and various allergies. It’s not for nothing that Yeisk is called a climatic resort. At the beginning of the 20th century, springs of mineral waters and deposits of medicinal silt mud were found here, which was the reason for the increase in the flow of vacationers and migrants.

As in all actively developing port cities, in Yeisk there are problems associated with environmental pollution by port-based industrial enterprises and frequent accidents on ships transporting oil and other products that are dangerous from the point of view of environmentalists. The opening of an oil terminal in the city caused a lot of protest among local residents. In November 2011 In Yeisk, there was a leak of fuel oil from a tanker that had not been cleared of the remnants of previously transported liquefied gas, and at the time of refueling, these remnants were vented into the atmosphere. Such an incident, unfortunately, is not isolated.

Weather in Yeysk during the beach season

The beach season in Yeisk begins in June. The air and water temperatures are rising every day. The Azov Sea warms up much faster than the Black Sea, so you can spend time on the beach from the first days of the month. The water in June is warmed up to +23°, the air is +26°. The nights are also warm, about +21°. Excellent indicators for holidays with children.

July in Yeisk is the peak tourist season, but with less influx of vacationers than in the large resorts of the Krasnodar Territory. Most vacationers are families with children, who are attracted by the water temperature of +25° and air temperature of +29°. Sometimes the thermometer shows above +30°.

August in Yeysk is considered the hottest month, daytime temperatures are about +31°. In the first two weeks the thermometer shows 2° lower. The nights are quite warm, from +20° to +23°. There are still a lot of tourists, so don't expect lower prices and a good selection of accommodation. It is better to find and book a hotel in advance.

At many resorts, September is a velvet season, when you can still swim. Yeisk is no exception. In the first half of the month the weather is excellent, with temperatures ranging from +22° to +25°. The shallow water cools down quickly. But you can still swim – +19°. This is the best time for a relaxing holiday and walks through natural attractions.

Population of Yeysk

The population of Yeysk is increasing every year. The number of residents in the city is about to reach the hundred thousand mark. Children under 17 years of age and pensioners make up almost 40% of the total number of residents. The increase, unfortunately, is not yet natural, although the birth rate is at a fairly high level, and is mainly due to migrants. Some people move to Yeysk because of the climate and healing mud. Many migrate from the far North to be closer to the warmth and sun.

The local people are quite cheerful and friendly, but for some reason they don’t like visitors, especially from the capital. Obviously, there is a certain “complex” at play here, which is quite strongly developed among the population of small towns.

People also complain about the rudeness of market traders, but this is rather a feature of workers in a certain field in any city.

In the summer, residents of Yerevan come to life, you can often meet smiling people in the city, but starting in the fall, the townspeople go into “hibernation” - few people walk the streets, everyone seems sad and sleepy.

In winter in Yeisk there are a lot of people on the street only near the markets

The standard of living of the population is low, although expensive foreign cars are often seen on the roads of Yeisk; luxury houses are being built in full swing within the city and in the nearest suburbs.

Sights of Yeysk

In addition to entertainment, Yeysk has many attractions. I will not describe everything; we will consider only the most visited objects that deserve special attention.

Gostiny Dvor in Yeysk

The historical and architectural monument Gostiny Dvor is the main attraction of Yeysk. Its construction was part of the city development plan approved by Prince Vorontsov in 1849. In fact, this is a smaller copy of the St. Petersburg Gostiny Dvor, located in the city center.

Khan Lake

Khan Lake with an area of 108 square meters. m is characterized by a high content of salt and minerals. With a length of 19 km and a width of about 7 km, it is quite shallow, in some places the depth does not exceed 2 m. In the summer heat, the lake dries out, forming small sand and shell islands.

Yeisk Museum of History and Local Lore

The building of the local history museum, built in 1913, is considered an architectural monument of Yeisk. The museum complex was opened 7 years after construction. Historical facts of the North-Eastern Azov region were collected bit by bit. Unfortunately, many exhibits were lost during the Second World War, and the building itself was seriously damaged. But, thanks to caring citizens, almost everything was restored.

Memorial complex "Defenders of Yeisk"

The memorial complex, called “Defenders of Yeisk,” located on the Yeisk Spit, was founded in 1995. The complex consists of long-term fire points, or bunkers, that remained in good condition in the post-war period. An artillery gun from the times of the Great Patriotic War is installed next to the fire points, which are completed by a concrete wall.

Armored boat "Yeisky Patriot"

The armored boat was built in 1944 with money from the residents of Yeisk. In 1975, in the central part of the beach on Yeisk Spit, it was installed on a pedestal. The armored boat took an active part in the liberation of cities from fascist invaders. In the post-war years, it was taken to Ryazan, but the population of Yeisk insisted on returning it and installing it on a pedestal.

Merchant Assembly Building

An ancient historical building, an architectural monument, appeared in the city thanks to the local merchant Mukovin in 1894. Construction began in 1888. At different times there was a casino, a merchant club and merchant balls held there. Over time, the clerk Mukovina Malina became the owner. Therefore, the local population calls the building the Mukovina-Malina mansion.

On the main tourist street of the resort, Naberezhnaya, there is a monument to the main Kuban dish, dumplings. Great photo zone. A huge concrete dumpling with a plate of sour cream and butter attracts the eye from afar. Very impressive.

  • Port area
  • Merchant City - Center
  • Taganrog embankment
  • Military City
  • Industrial zone
  • New residential area
  • Shirochanka

And also 3 villages located in close proximity to the city limits and having every chance of becoming part of the city in the near future:

  • Middle
  • Krasnoflotsky
  • Alexandrovka

But there are more than enough unofficial microdistricts in the city.

Map of Yeisk districts

Yeysk real estate combines a combination of architecture from four eras: Tsarist, Soviet, late 90s and modern. The latest architectural style has just begun to be developed and it is embodied, first of all, in the development of the Taganrog embankment, the cottage village in Krasnoflotskoye, on the “Field of Tears”, “Field of Miracles” and in “Solnechny”.

Main zoning:

  1. Center
  2. Taganrog embankment district, Kamenki district
  3. Military City
  4. Porta district
  5. Yeisk Spit
  6. microdistrict Bricks
  7. 1st agricultural department Michurinsky
  8. 37 and 38 microdistrict, "Solnechny"
  9. "Field of Tears", 3 microdistrict. (near "Magnit")
  10. 2 microdistrict
  11. "Field of Dreams"
  12. Liman district

People also use smaller divisions for the convenience of residents.

Let’s immediately discard the Yeisk Spit and the Port district . The territory of the first is a resort area; most recreation centers, hotels and boarding houses in the city are located here. The second territory is industrial and not at all suitable for living.

Center, Kamenka. There are 312 historical architectural monuments and a large number of simply old houses in Yeysk. Most of them are located in the historical center of the city. The area is low-rise, however, in some places new high-rise buildings are being built. There are apartment buildings and private houses.

Yeisk. Kommunarov

1 room sq. in the Center you can buy for 800 thousand - 1.5 million rubles, a two-room apartment will cost 1.5-2 million, depending on the condition, a three-room apartment - from 2 million. However, you can also find elite ones here apartments for 5-6 million. On the street. Pervomaiskaya 71/1, an 18-story building is being built, there is 1 room. will reach 1.5 million.

The price range for private houses is simply colossal, but the difference in the condition of the housing is also great. You can buy an old house near the bay for 1 million, but a two-story cottage or townhouse will cost you a tidy sum of 4-7 million or even more.

Yeisk. Center

Modern townhouse on the street. Pushkin

The only negative of the central part is the presence of noise created by and for holidaymakers during the season (discos, bars and restaurants open until the morning).

Military City. One of the most densely populated areas of Yeysk. High-rise buildings predominate here. Apartments in the microdistrict are slightly cheaper than in the Center. But there is an opportunity to get a 3-room apartment in decent condition with telephone-internet-split for 2-2.5 million rubles.

The military town is notable for the fact that in the summer it is not visited by tourists and at night you can sleep peacefully in silence. The courtyards of the town are clean and tidy; in the summer there are a lot of beautiful flowering flower beds.

Well-kept yard. Military City

Microdistrict "Field of Tears" and "Field of Miracles". These two neighborhoods are dominated by private development. At the “Field of Miracles”, plots were given to administration employees and other “high-flying birds”; electricity, water, sewerage and gas were immediately installed there. On the “Field of Tears” the military received allotments; communications there are more difficult.

Mostly luxury houses are sold on the “Field of Miracles”. The predominant houses are priced at 10-15 million, but you can also find more modest ones - for 3-6 million rubles. Apartments in several new high-rise buildings are no more expensive than in the Center, but they offer all the conditions, including parking and shops right in the building. Nearby there is a sports complex, an ice skating rink, a swimming pool and other amenities of civilization. Minibus No. 7, which goes along Michurina, calls at this place; it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the center.

New building on the “Field of Miracles”

In the “Field of Tears”, in addition to the already existing private houses for every taste, the construction of vacant territories with new residential complexes is in full swing. Prices are significantly lower than the second “Field” - the roads in the microdistrict are only partially asphalted, there are no schools or kindergartens, and it is very far from the clinic. Since the microdistrict is quite young and rapidly developing, there is hope that its complete improvement will take place in the near future.

Townhouses, st. Herzen

Microdistrict “Solnechny” (37, 38 microdistrict), 2 microdistrict, Liman district. These neighborhoods are very young and are rightfully considered the quietest and most comfortable. They are dominated by apartment buildings, there are a lot of new buildings, and modern residential complexes are being built everywhere. “Solnechny” is now called the second center of Yeysk: its development is so harmonious.

St. Communist

Apartments in the recently commissioned residential complex "Pearl of Azov" and residential complex "On the Waves of Dreams" on the street. Freedom can be bought for 2-3 million rubles.

Yeisk. Residential complex On the waves of dreams

Apartments from a number of secondary housing units fluctuate in the price range of apartments in the center. Some are a little more expensive, some are cheaper - again, it all depends on the location of the house and the condition of the apartment.

St. Red

The neighborhoods are located very close to the city center. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are markets and shopping centers, parks, an ice rink, a sports complex and stadiums, schools, kindergartens and even secondary specialized educational institutions. So in 2 microdistrict. There is boarding school No. 1, gymnasium No. 14, Cadet boarding school "Kuban Cossack Cadet Corps", a children's camp and a clinic.

2 microdistrict. The average cost of a private house in these microdistricts is 4.5 million rubles. The private sector in the Liman area, limited to the street, is considered very good. Nizhne-Sadovaya - Svoboda - Krasnaya - Pionerskaya. The houses there are good. There is water in the tap even in summer, when it is turned off in other areas. Minus - there is no centralized supply of hot water, plus - everyone has a boiler and a gas water heater, therefore, no one sits without hot water.

2 microdistrict

1 department Michurina, 3 microdistrict, Bricks, Bus Station district. These territories have a rather poorly developed infrastructure. The proximity of an industrial zone is far from the best factor for people looking for housing for permanent residence. The areas are dominated by private buildings, but there are also apartment buildings, and recently new residential complexes have been built. Private houses are sold for 2-3 million, the average cost of a 2-3 room apartment is 1.5-2 million.

3 microdistrict

As for Kirpichiki , this place is generally quite remote from the city center. Rather, it is suitable only for those people who do not have children of kindergarten-school age. There are wastewater treatment plants in the immediate vicinity of the microdistrict.

St. Brick

The Bus Station area is also considered industrial. In addition, there is very active street traffic there. The stormwater drainage system in this area is in very poor condition. During heavy rains the streets “float”.

House in the Bus Station area

In dacha cooperatives on the outskirts of the city, there are interruptions in the supply of electricity, and there is no city water supply or gas. There is no development of holiday villages in the area as a potential place for permanent residence. In Yeisk, many people have private houses, and dachas somehow haven’t taken root here. Almost all honeycombs are empty in the fall and winter.

The average cost of elite land in Yeysk for individual construction is 200-300 thousand rubles. per hundred. In the area, for this money you can buy entire plots of 10-12 acres.

The villages of Aleksandrovka, Blizneyesky, Krasnoflotsky, Shirochanka. Pos. Krasnoflotsky and Blizneysky are located at some distance from the bay and estuary. You can find land for 30-40 thousand per hundred square meters, relatively inexpensive houses.

Aleksandrovka is more expensive, there are plots here for 70-90 thousand per hundred square meters, but the main advantage of this village is that all the streets in it are asphalted.

Shirochanka is located between Aleksandrovka and Yeisk on the shore of the Yeisk estuary. The village has a very developed infrastructure: there are 2 markets, 2 kindergartens, a school, grocery stores. A good strong house can be bought for 2-3 million rubles. Modern houses are more expensive. Plots reach 100 thousand per hundred square meters.

Pos. Shirochanka

New houses in Shirochanka, view from the city

Old-timers advise caution when buying used apartments in houses older than 2-3 years, since there may be fungus on the walls and ceiling, which is very difficult to remove. People, either out of greed or stupidity, bring their own homes to a deplorable state by saving on heating. As a rule, this whole thing is hidden under wallpaper or fresh paint and after a while you will be unpleasantly surprised by a “surprise”.

Beaches of Yeysk

The total length of the western and eastern beaches of Yeysk is about 2.5 km. The famous Yeisk Spit separates the estuary from Taganrog Bay. This is a great opportunity to avoid the “surprises” of the sea. For example, if there are strong waves in the estuary, then there are definitely none in the bay. So choosing a place for swimming, regardless of weather conditions, will not be difficult.

The beaches on the bay are sandy and have shallow waters. On the estuary the sea is deeper, but not by much. A depth of more than 2 meters still needs to be reached. This is the main reason for the increased demand for a resort for families with small children.

The beaches of Yeisk are attractive from all sides, but they are considered the best." Fans of active water sports prefer “Youth”. Central is more suitable for family holidays; the tourist infrastructure there is excellent.

Yeysk beaches for children

Almost all coastal areas are suitable for families with children in Yeysk. Relatively greater depth is found only on the eastern side. Western beaches are characterized by a slow increase in depth, gentle and convenient entrance to the sea. The water warms up well not only at the beginning of the season, but also in the morning.

Families with very young children prefer the “Children's” beach. The depth is minimal; an adult rarely reaches above the ankle. During low tides, small pools generally form. There is no need to worry about the safety of young vacationers. Near Children's Beach there is the famous Yeisk water park.

Kamenka beach is a continuation of the above, but with more stones. There is a dolphinarium in the immediate vicinity.

The already mentioned Central Beach is no less popular. Attracted by its convenient location, developed infrastructure: amusement park, cafe and other amenities.

As for Youth Beach, it is not very suitable for families with children. Frequent strong undercurrents create a danger when bathing children. In addition, this is a favorite place for professional surfers and kitesurfers.

City infrastructure

Improvement. The urban infrastructure in the main areas of Yeysk is well developed. The city has several landscaped parks and squares, children's and sports grounds. In summer, the city is literally surrounded by greenery and flowers. The streets look clean and tidy. The road surface on most streets is in satisfactory condition. During the winter, however, the asphalt breaks down, but by the holiday season it is carefully patched up.

In some areas, people complain that potholes in the roads are being filled with stones due to lack of funds for repair work, but this is the exception rather than the rule. Several streets in the center have been paved with paving stones since time immemorial.

Road surface in the city

Almost every part of the city has its own food market. The most important one is the Central Market, which is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It can be quickly reached on foot from anywhere in the central area, and can also be reached in a few minutes by any of the minibuses running around the city. In the central part there are all the administrative buildings of Yeysk, the port administration, and the offices of many large city companies.

Transport. The city has an airport, which is a joint airfield: in addition to civil aviation, it is used by the Russian Air Force and Navy aviation. However, it is now closed for runway reconstruction. Local people say that this will be another long-term construction project, since it closed back in 2011. Yeysk railway station has a cargo and passenger purpose. The bulk of passenger traffic is carried out to the suburbs and around the region, there is a direct train to Moscow. Railway communication in all other directions is carried out from the Starominskaya-Timashevskaya station, located 70 km from Yeysk. You can get to this station by train or bus.

Yeisk railway station

A large number of buses leave daily from the Yeisk bus station to cities such as Anapa, Tuapse, Rostov, Novorossiysk, Krasnodar, Gelendzhik, Armavir, Taganrog, as well as all directions of the Yeisk region.

Bus station

Transport links between the city's microdistricts are very well developed. In minibus taxis, the fare is 9 rubles. (children under 5 years old are free), travel is paid upon exit. Route operating hours are from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. with intervals of 3 minutes. Several private taxi services operating in Yeysk provide their services around the clock, the average cost of travel around the city is 60-80 rubles. All freight transport heading to the port travels along a bypass road around residential areas, without burdening city street traffic. Almost all the streets of Yeisk are wide, there are no traffic jams at all, even on the main transport arteries.

Housing and communal services. There are problems in this category in Yeysk. If gasification and electrification in the city are in complete order, even sewerage is available in almost all areas (those private sectors that do not have city drainage systems use septic tanks and, in principle, have no problems), then there is an obvious disorder with water. The all-Russian problem with the deterioration of communications makes itself felt here too. In Yeysk, there are often interruptions in water supply, both hot and cold. There are places where the water is often turned off at night, there are houses where on the top floors it flows in a barely noticeable thin stream. In this regard, those residents of Yerevan who live in new residential complexes and cottage villages, as well as in the private sector, are lucky. The developers took care of future residents in advance and equipped the complexes with additional pumps and autonomous boiler rooms. In private homes, you yourself regulate the supply of hot and cold water and heat by installing a pumping tank and a conventional double-circuit boiler on the site. Local residents also advise buying apartments with autonomous heating, where you will have your own personal heating season with a comfortable indoor temperature.

However, prices for housing and communal services in Yeisk are prohibitively high. From 1 September 2012, tariffs were again increased by approximately 6% after July and a new payment system was introduced.

Tariffs for summer 2012:

  • Cold water - 45.85 rubles. / m³
  • Water disposal - 27.39 rubles. / m³
  • Hot water - 151.26 rubles. / m³
  • Heating — RUB 1,691.27. / Gcal
  • Gas - 4.39 rubles. / m³
  • Electricity - 3.23 rubles. / kW. h.

There are no automatic payment terminals for paying for housing and communal services in Yeisk; to pay for utilities, as a rule, you have to stand in line at the cash desk.

Education, medicine and sports. There are 19 kindergartens in Yeysk, but this number is not enough for a developing city. To get into the garden you need to wait in a long line. There is an orphanage and a boarding school for special children in Yeysk. There are 12 secondary schools for schoolchildren, including lyceums and gymnasiums, and one evening school. The strongest school in the city is considered to be Lyceum No. 4 with a mathematical bias in the Military Town.

For the healthy development of the younger generation, the city has 4 sports schools, 4 developmental schools, including an art school and dance studios. As for ordinary sections, there are no problems here either - there is a Palace of Culture with many clubs, with dancing, singing, etc. Every year an excellent music school opens its doors.

Palace of Culture

In six secondary specialized educational institutions, your children will be able to choose a profession to their liking. For those wishing to receive higher education without leaving the city, 9 branches of universities are open:

  • Adyghe State University
  • Moscow State University
  • Moscow Open Social Academy
  • Kuban State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism
  • Kuban State University
  • South Federal University
  • Sochi State University of Tourism and Resort Business
  • Modern Humanitarian Academy
  • Rostov State Economic University

Everything is fine with medical institutions in Yeysk. There is a central city hospital, a antenatal clinic and a maternity hospital, in the districts there are children's and adult clinics, medical and treatment and diagnostic centers, dentistry and a dermatovenerological clinic, a military hospital and many sanatoriums. The qualifications of Yeisk doctors are quite high, the level of medical care has increased significantly over the past few years.

Connection. There are 41 post offices in all settlements of the district and in the city. Mobile communications are provided by many cellular operators. The only fixed-line telephone operator in the city, Rostelecom, is in full swing connecting houses and apartments to the telephone line and ensuring uninterrupted operation of the network. The Internet in Yeysk is also okay; often housing is sold with a connection.

Is Yeysk suitable for moving?

The urban population has been growing for many years due to visitors. Many northerners are deciding whether to move here permanently. In addition to the southern climate and the sea, they are attracted by the opportunity to provide children with good development and education: accessible kindergartens, schools, a palace of culture, an opera theater, a children's art school, technical schools, university branches, a military aviation institute, stadiums, swimming pools, 5 sports schools for children, Ice Palace.

With medical care, things are worse. Although there is a central district hospital, a military hospital, clinics, and dentistry, residents complain about queues and the rudeness of the staff. If possible, it is recommended to contact paid clinics.

They are embarrassed by high prices for utilities, low salaries, and poorly organized transport. The administration's official website posts regular warnings about power and water outages.

Some people are annoyed by angry mosquitoes, the smell of hydrogen sulfide, strong winds and low-flying planes. But is there an ideal place? Everywhere there are pros and cons, it is important to correctly assess their ratio.

Enterprises and work in Yeysk

In the Yeisk region there are about 50 large and medium-sized enterprises in various fields of activity, including several largest port ones. Enterprises are developing, production volumes are growing every year, but salaries and working conditions leave much to be desired. In addition, at the end of last year, a jump in unemployment was recorded due to the closure of the Yeisk Aviation School.

Several of Yeisk's largest enterprises went bankrupt and ceased to exist, some were “demoted” to the status of small enterprises due to financial problems. There are cases of administrative violations being identified at the Yeisk Sea Port enterprise.

Yeisk. Sea port

The average monthly salary in the region is 15,482.4 rubles. The salary of workers in maritime transport, the food industry, wholesale and retail trade, insurance, as well as financiers and builders can reach up to 30 thousand rubles. Budget specialties, as throughout Russia, are paid quite modestly - a little more than 10 thousand rubles.

There are no arrears in salary payments at any enterprise. The number of citizens' appeals to the Center for Social Protection in 2012 amounted to 4,400 people, of which 2,887 people. 822 people asked for assistance in finding a suitable job. received the status of official unemployed. The overall unemployment rate is 1%.

Wholesale and retail trade . The city has a large number of large supermarkets and shopping centers. Among them: shopping centers "Helios", "Arcade" and "Olympus", several supermarkets: "Magnit" and "Dynasty", "Seventh Heaven" and "Extra-Market". There are also small grocery and manufactured goods stores, building materials and furniture stores scattered throughout all areas.

Despite the promising figures, half of Yerevan residents live not from their salaries, but from resort activities. Summer daily rental of housing by the sea, seasonal price jumps allow city residents to earn good money and save money for the winter. Those who have their own small business in one area or another make good money. The local people do not particularly like the main jobs in enterprises.

They also love to fish in the city - pelengas, which is bought with a bang by vacationers in the summer.

How to get there?

There are different ways to get to Yeysk. By train - through Starominskaya station or through Rostov-on-Don, and further to the place - by bus or commuter train. By plane - via Moscow, from where direct flights are organized. But the best way, of course, is to come by your own car, via Voronezh and Rostov-on-Don. There should be no problems with parking: houses are rented with garages, and parking lots are provided near hotels. Having your own vehicle, you can go to the village of Kamyshevatskaya.

It’s two hours away, but this is already the coast of the real Azov Sea. Beautiful sandy and shell beaches, the sea is gentle and warm. Swimming, fishing, fresh milk and fruit, and again – amazingly beautiful landscapes!

While vacationing in Yeisk, you can’t help but visit the Azish Cave. The excursion is organized directly from Yeysk and takes the whole day. The impressions are unforgettable: a huge cave with grottoes, stalactites, stalagmites, including gigantic ones, which are several hundred years old, or even thousands of years old. And the mountains themselves, located far from the coast - the Azish-Tau ridge, are also fabulously beautiful.

You won’t see mountains near the coast - only steppes and fields. Magnificent views open from the windows of the train; the nature here is completely different from that in central Russia, and the change of landscapes is endlessly captivating. The sunflower fields stretching beyond the horizon are especially good. After all these endless fields and steppes, the city of Yeisk, immersed in greenery, is like an oasis in the desert.
